    Pro-SISU / Anti-SISU

In a way yes. The profit increases the value of the company and the value of their shares.

Another illustration as to how far we have slumped

You could argue that this shows how far we have come. When was the last time anybody actually wanted our manager?

    £10m shares claim for GODIVA

You owe me a new keyboard and a fresh cup of coffee!

    £10m shares claim for GODIVA

So here's a quick resumé on this threads original topic: @SBK: Are we good now? Can we agree that there are no evidence of sisu ever saying they were prepared to pay £10m for Higgs shares? And btw - I think TF said (back in the summer) that ccfc and ACL had agreed on headlines for a...

    £10m shares claim for GODIVA

What does a childrens charity do in a property investment setup? If they are there to make a profit, then they are investors ... just like sisu.

    £10m shares claim for GODIVA

Why did you start a new thread? You could easily have bumped the old one up. Anyway - here is what I said in response to some of your post in the the old thread: In the old thread you tried to justify your claim (that sisu themself had said they were going to buy the Higgs shares for £10m)...

    Which would you prefer ?

You have still not come up with any proof that sisu have ever said they had £10m to buy the Higgs shares. In fact - the article says that sisu's offer were outside the formular (a formular that the journalist suggest leads to a £10m price tag).

    Which would you prefer ?

This is what Ranson said immidiately after taking the chair (from the FAQ 3 in the finanse section): We want to gain financial stability and a platform to achieve the clubs commercial and sporting aspirations, which is promotion to the Premiership followed by repurchase of a 50% share in the...

    Which would you prefer ?

That is Hoffman saying he has £10m to buy the Higgs shares ... not sisu.

    Which would you prefer ?

Ok - so you don't believe in facts then? The debt is around £40m - it has never been told to be £60 or higher.

    Which would you prefer ?

Oh, I must have missed it then ... can you provide a link to where they say they have £10m to spend on the Higgs shares? I don't thnk you can, because they have never expressed any number. You point to when they took over - at that time Ranson said they would 1. Stabilize the finanses 2...

    Thanks Doncaster

You almost make it sound as if it's a bad thing.
  13. G

    Which would you prefer ?

Interesting. If you're a believer of facts, then why do you say that they have said the debts are 60-70m? They have never said that! If you're a believer of facts, then why do you say they were about to buy half the stadium for £10m - they never said that! (They said they were in talks with...

Lol - it's required according to FFP though.

Very true ... And because of that he's gone ...

    Fisher pays tribute to fans

I think their plan initially was to get us back into the PL, and I think they have poured millions into the project. Unfortunately there were 23 other teams who had the same idea, and now we are where we are. Playing the blame game, pointing fingers, telling them they failed ... how will that...

    Fisher pays tribute to fans

I am afraid your suggestion couldn't work and I suspect none of the involved would be interested. But it is very nice to see that you actually come up with alternative ideas. Very constructive.

    Fisher pays tribute to fans

It's capacity was approx 23.000 when it became allseater 25 years ago. Much has changed since.
