    Serious question about ACL, CCC

That is true. Instead the profit has been reinvested in the facillities - which means the net asset value of ACL has gone up whereby the value of CCC's shares have gone up.

    Serious question about ACL, CCC

They have what should be owned by the club. It's not a smart ass remark - It's a genuine answer.

Heart starter! Where the Hell is the heart starter? First OSB, now you -both agreeing with me on the same day. It's a conspiracy. WTF did I do wrong?

    Why? That's my trademark.

Yes - that is pretty much what I say. The £7m figure is nonsense.

I think we all miss a lot - facts, information and the real agenda's of the many different stakeholders. What we do have in abundance is assumptions, suggestions and misunderstandings. Never mind that - the freehold will be valuable for sisu as it would increase the asset pool they manage -...

Ah, but that is only clear to us - the shitzu apologists.

My point exactly. If they objected then it would be a case of trying to force out sisu.

I didn't understand the desire to own the freehold either - I thought they were after ACL. But Ms Seppala keeps saying she wants the freehold, so I can only go with that. If sisu (ccfc Holdings) own the freehold it increases the assets sisu are managing - thereby increases their salary. Owning...

If that turns out to be the case - and it certainly looks that way - then do you think the CCC would object to sisu building a new stadium?

I said the FREEHOLD should be sold to the CLUB for the exact amount of money the CCC has pumped into the Ricoh project over time. I never (in this thread) discussed selling the ACL to the club ... but over time that would be ideal. If the club returned to the Ricoh rent-free, only paying the...

I am sorry, but your question was not related to wether it was a bailout or not. And anyway, I have no straight answer for you. It is my priority no 1, that the club and stadium is united ... that will benefit the club the most in the long term and is the only solutiuon that support most fans...

What she said was that the company being the club would not own the stadium - it would be another comapny under the SBS&L umbrella (probably ccfc Holdings). In effect it will still be seen as the club owning the stadium.

You replied to a chain of posts arguing if it was a bailout or not. You used the word bailout freely, so I just tried to challenge you on that (bailout or not).

Independant evaluation? Is there such a thing? I think Ms Seppala suggested they each chose a valuator and set the price to the average of the two. Maybe that could work? To your second part - how much have CCC (Leave out Higgs, as I think that they got 50% of ACL for their money?) pumped in...

Can't they sell their shares to CCC?

PKWH on CWR Shane O'Connor 23/10/2013

What is a fair price? Without knowing that how can sisu agree to pay a fair price or not? How to calculate a fair price? Does it equal market value? Then what is the market value? How to calculate a market value of an item that has only one potential buyer and one potential seller? I suggest...

    ACL independently strong

If ACL now has a business case strong enough to run the venue without ccfc - and in a way that ccfc may still return - then the offer should be 'come back, no rent to be paid, have ACL's share of F/B and only pay the pure matchday costs and pitch maintenance'. CCC should join in and offer the...
