    It's all a blame game.

What exactly are we blaming who? The club has installed a 'blueprint' for the type of football we play and that strategy has been installed in all teams at the club. It does take time to recruit the right players for the right positions, and it takes time for the players to adapt and get...

Nobody seem to suspect that sisu perhaps got wind of the possible deal with Wasps and deliberately delayed the liquidation?

    Les Reid Update

The formula price believed to be somewhere around £7m is something of a mystery here. Is ACL only obliged to offer ccfc ltd to buy the shares at the formula price? If so, why are most posters here of the impression sisu can buy Higgs shares at the same price as Wasps? Does anyone know?

    Les Reid Update

Higgs are only inviting offers from ccfc ltd - so it will be Mr Appelton who decide what offer from the three interested parties he deem best for the creditors of ccfc ltd (not best for Higgs!). Should he decide on an offer from someone not Arvo (sisu), then Arvo (sisu) will receive a windfall...

    Les Reid Update

Supposing sisu own ACL and win the JR and ACL is ordered to pay back the loan. Then - as I posted earlier - sisu would inject the £14m needed to buy out the loan, either as a new loan from the owners or as equity making ACL debt free. It will be their decision. What will be left is the claim for...

    Les Reid Update

It is my understanding that the loan stays as is. It sits with ACL, so anyone buying the shares of ACL also buys the obligation to service the loan. Or the new owners of ACL can buy out the loan at the current outstanding balance. (They would inject the cash needed into ACL and then ACL buys...

    Les Reid Update

I fail to see any scenario where Wasp can take sisu to court. Some might think 'what about beneficial ownership?', but I believe that is to be decided by the liquidator. If he finds SBS&L have beneficial ownership over the option to Higgs shares in ACL and Wasp disagree, then Wasp can bring...

I didn't mean to mess with your head. Sorry about that. The £2.77m is the price Wasp is expected to pay Higgs for their shares in ACL.

    Les Reid Update

I think the main creditors are ARVO (sisu) and ACL ... not Higgs. I don't believe they owe Higgs anything. And the twist is that most of what they pay to the creditors will come back to them (sisu) providing they end up getting all shares in ACL. Higgs probably won't get more from sisu (or...

Would get us to the top of table ... just. Nah, I'd settle for full ownership of ACL. Then sisu can build a new stadium ... for Wasp.

Think that was OSB. But could ccfc ltd be brought back to life? Out of liquidation - out of administration? I have no clue, but that could be some twist.

    Les Reid Update

I don't believe Wasp can veto a deal by CCFC ltd (SBS&L), but they may have a cancellation option if they are unable to get all the shares. So if sisu somehow manage to fulfil the requirements to buy Higgs shares, then the question is if Wasp will sell on their shares to sisu (for a...

    Stadium Ownership

The original 3-5 year schedule is surely reset with the return to the Ricoh? The urgency has gone as there are no looming penalties from the FL.

    Cash Flow Positive

Cash flow positive doesn't necessarily mean profitable. There are items in the books that require depreciation and amortization. Something that doesn't involve cash but effects the bottom line. I am sure OSB can tell us in a way we can understand.

    Fisher Speaks on cwr

I have read it. YB were protecting their money. They were not offering a new loan, but offering a re-structuring of the old. If a new customer walked in with a balance sheet and financial outlook similar to ACL's and asked for a new loan of £15m they would most likely have been turned down.

    Nobodies Happy!

The problem is that I believe the club need all revenue streams a stadium can generate. For all sorts of reasons. FFP is obvious. Isn't ACL generating a yearly revenue around £7m? Not all would count towards FFP, but still ...

    Nobodies Happy!

Didn't hear that - busy day! But I take it the club is no longer in any rush to build (if they decide to). The agreement with the FL is probably void now the club is back and that leaves time to explore opportunities with the new ACL owner and even look for a site inside the city boundaries if...

Out of interest - what justification would the council have for not to give planning permission inside the city boundaries?
