    Its still ........

Both ccfc holdings and ccfc limited are being liquidated - so no more debts are being loaded onto any company 'ccfc'. What is it the law can do? What are sisu doing that is illegal? The club is the company 'OTIUM' where the debt is around £13m - not £50-£80m. If the debt never gets paid - then...

New stadium - Okay, let's just suppose for a moment

Wouldn't work. The revenue could not be included in the FFP calculation.

New stadium - Okay, let's just suppose for a moment

I should have said 'non football related revenue' ...

New stadium - Okay, let's just suppose for a moment

Because only revenue generated in the football stadium complex can count towards FFP.

New stadium - Okay, let's just suppose for a moment

They could build it with retails, bars, cafe's and restaurants around it. The complex can hold offices for rent. There are bands/groups that can attract an audience of 8-10.000 - probably more than bands that can attract an audience of 30.000. In short there are revenues they can have to help...

New stadium - Okay, let's just suppose for a moment

A couple of points ... The huge debt is with SBS&L - not with Otium (the club). The current debt level is around $12m which is just about manageable, but if interests are being paid (actually paid out, not accrued) then it leaves nothing to invest in the team. We definitely need more revenue...

Are you trying to find out if the question could be ducked or evaded? Maybe looking at the answers would be more interesting? We have the precise wording for the question, but not the exact answers.

    no more excuses for pressley

Last 6 league games: W=2 D=3 L=1 Clean sheets=4 It's not promotion form, but it's not relegation form either. Over a season that form would bring in 69pts. We need to score more goals, but if he stick with Nouble, Madine and Jackson it will come.

    New FOIs. No contact.

Without going into prediction whether they will build a new stadium or not ... what would be the order of process? 1) Locate a potential site - contact authorities for permissions - then buy the site 2) Locate a potential site - buy the site on condition planning permissions will be issued -...

Plus bringing some 250.000 punters to the stadium will surely have an effect on sponsor deals and some add-on's to the rest of the business. I don't think CCFC being there is bad for ACL's bottom line. And I do think it will be noticed when the club moves out.

If that happens then ACL goes out of business and CCC will have back the lease to a stadium with CCFC at a new stadium and Wasps probably gone too. Or a new loan on 'market terms' support sisu's claim that the original loan was unlawful state aid?

Higgs reason for sale to Wasps false pretences?

The point is that sisu/ccfc would never have been offered a deal similar to the Wasps deal. Even with negotiations and paying rent (being nice and behaving in a respectful manner)the value of ACL would never have been reduced to what it is today (or a couple of months ago). And with the higher...

Higgs reason for sale to Wasps false pretences?

Thing is - without the rent strike, without the litigations Higgs would still look to get the formula price (approx. £8m) and CCC wouldn't look to sell. The club would still pay an exorbitant high rent with very little match day revenue. There's a reason ACL has been sold at the price it was...

    New David Conn article

I do wonder about the renewed terms if that is actually putting a bit more weight behind their JR appeal. It would seem the terms are now on a more market-like basis which sisu argued it wasn't before.

Higgs reason for sale to Wasps false pretences?

Wasn't Car Park C handed over to CCC as part of the bail-out?

    Fugazi

I agree the value of ACL will increase going forward. At least while ccfc is there generating revenue. I am not convinced ACL/Wasps can make a combined profit in the long run after ccfc has left. But I believe we were discussing the price Wasps paid and so the value on take-over day. I think...

Interesting. What would you reasonably value the increase of the lease to 250yrs? What would the net assets be without that increase?

You are comparing apples with bananas. The flat in your example is your personal asset, the loan is your personal liability. You - not the flat - will have to generate an income to service the loan. If you fail to service the loan you will not only lose your flat but will also owe the reminder...
