What happens next when Sisu appeal?

This step in the process would seem to be the issue to keep an eye on. Hickinbottom was very scathing of SISU throughout the judgement and set out quite clearly his reasoning. I would be very surprised if SISU can find anything that Hickinbottom will have to conceed on. I suspect this part of...

    Stewards Needed For Trust March

A large point to the march will be that it gives a focal point for fans which has been missing since we moved from the Ricoh. It a chance for us all to stand together once more and I believe that is important. Ask yourself, what is the point of not having a march? It will achieve even less......

Ten key facts from the High Court judgment

SISU can't expect anywhere near that figure as the club has very few assets and the foreseeable future value of the clubs cash flows is very low. They need to wake up and accept that they will make a loss, and accept a bid of around 10 million and walk away. Any other action will be to...

    Apologies Michael

The rent repayments by CCFC / SISU would be on a sliding scale and would be more than offset by increasing ticket revenues. In all eventualities the club would be better off than being at sixfields.

    JR finished

Still far less than the £1.9m per year required if the club had financed the stadium themselves.........

    Apologies Michael

How is the deal pointless? The club win either way if they take the offer: If attendance is equal to sixfields but less than double then they have saved on the rent paid at sixfields and are able to charge a higher rate on tickets ie the rate before the move. If attendance moves over double...

    JR finished

You need to read the full transcript of the JR decision. In it you will find how much ACL needed to start paying initially in interest payments as part of the Stadium lease. If ACL had not existed then CCFC would be paying this sum instead. It was well above the £1.3m rent that CCFC were being...

    Time to Unmask Himself

All this person is doing is providing funding to facilitate a return to the Ricoh. He is not making any business decision on behalf of the club and therefore there is no real need to know who it is. The aim of remaining anonymous is probably because the focus should be on the club not on who a...

Sisu to build new relationships with council and residents

How are SISU going to prove the the loan caused them to leave the Ricoh? They had stopped paying rent well before, had been offered new rental terms at least twice by ACL and ultimately were the ones who made the decision to leave.

Judicial review day 3 - judgement day

They got nothing because CCFC sold the rights to revenue for several million pounds. Can't have your cake and eat it SISU.

Judicial review day 3 - judgement day

Whilst a lot of information seems to have been thrown around, I suspect the Judge will have cut though most of it as being superfluous and will be able to make a decision fairly easily. My gut feeling is that the Judge will dismiss most of SISU's arguement as hot air, but we will wait and see......

    Judicial Review thread

As I've pointed out to Grendel previously, ACL is not a private company as CCC part own it. Any parent undertaking is entitled to provide a loan to its own company at preferential rates. It happens all the time.

    Club Statement

I thought we had already established that the monies paid from personal guarantees were only £300k and also nothing to do with the £590k that CCFC have been told to pay. The value was set by the league after the rejection of the CVA as a requirement for issuance of the golden share. Why...

    Possible outcomes of the JR

Realistically all SISU could do if they lost the JR would be to try and reduce the losses incurred on the whole investment. The only way to do this would be to invite offers for the club, for say anywhere from £5m - £20m, and write off all outstanding debt. The offer value is essentially a guess...
