I had one in my basket!! Went to complete the transaction, it just stalled for 5 mins. Then nothing. Kicked me out and lost my ticket. No ticket. Wonderful. What a day.

The barrier isn't "movable". It's a roller shutter which is built into the structure of the concourse.

There was a image going about last week with the capacities of each block but I cant find it. Generally about 1000 per block. So about 2k-2.5k

So looking at this recent pic, the concourse barrier must be between 11 & 10. So realistically, we could only have 13 and 12 opened up. That barrier is killing us.

Where is this barrier again? Under Block 10? Lower the barrier, then cordon off another area around it, either side say 5 metres (even that is total overkill). Stick a couple of stewards in that cordon. It would be absolutely fine.
