I have a Club Coventry Ticket which gives me access to the "Members Lounge" which is this apparently: I'm sure I've been in here before. It's on the first floor. My Bro-in-Law and my Son have tickets which allow entry into the "Coventry Building Society Lounge" - so trying to work out if/how...
