i'm not sure anyone capable of doing this is likely to get embarrassed, i agree, it's a heavy penalty, but with 10s of thousands of fans to monitor, it's not really something you can stop happening. all you can do is come down heavy when you can identify someone in the hope it will deter others...

i agree it's maybe a bit heavy, but they are clearly trying to stamp down on this. there is an easy solution, don't do it in the first place.
