i don't get the negativity towards bidwell. i'd pick him over jds every time. it would be crazy to move him on purely because the other lb we have, who isn't as good, is tied in on a longer deal. jds needs upgrading, not bidwell.

i was brought up in longford in the 70s. we either played football or cricket on foxford playing fields (long before they built on most of it), or would go over the red hills and the old gas works. makes me smile every time i go to the cbs that i used to play around there as a kid. happy days.
