Just thinking aloud, should Kate Garraway's husband pass away (obviously hope he doesn't), without having had a Covid test within the last 28 days, would his cause of death go down as Covid. Would that be correct with the way deaths are reported?
I used to work with the Duke's batman (ex RN). He travelled the world with him and certainly had some tales to tell and many he kept to himself.

What's stopping anyone just saying they took a test and it was negative? Or providing some sort of vaccine certificate which you will by then be able to get from Amazon/Ebay? Unless you take the test at the venue, not sure how this can be properly policed.
