    Govenrments are for everyone not just people who voted for them. Social care 100% needs funding, but this isn’t that. This is basically pandemic costs which should be borrowed and paid off over time like any other emergency disaster spending. And we should be taxing wealth not work IMO.

    Only place I’ve seen most of those things is private sector. Every public sector org I’ve seen is significantly more efficient for a start. I’d give you the pensions but nothings stopping you from collectivising and negotiating benefits in your industry. The answer is to demand better yourself...

    Timetabling is a fucking nightmare TBF. It’s easy enough to say “oh don’t book them in for P1” but in reality it’s another spanner into a set of works made mostly of spanners.
