    Underlying Data

That's not how it works but I can see you're going to make absolute no attempt to understand.

    Underlying Data

Again, absolutely zero relevance to this thread. Thanks for wasting all our time with your petty grudges.

    Underlying Data

Thank you for your worthwhile contribution to this thread. It’s goes nicely with your other completely pointless one earlier too. See we could try and have an actual discussion, e.g. the intended function of an Internet forum, or you know you can continue to add absolutely nothing by making...

    Underlying Data

That's not how it works. It's a predictive model based over an extended period of time. Bookies use to to figure out long term trends, which are then supplemented by situational information in order to calculate odds. In terms of individuals games there are too many uncontrollable, unreliable...

    Underlying Data

I disagree, if it wasn't worth much then every single bookie going wouldn't have been using this sort of data for years. The main issue with it is that is tracks long term trends which can mean that sometimes the data won't feel like it's "come true' over the course of a single season. Two...

    Underlying Data

Not the best for us in terms of automatic promotion ambitions, but solid all the same. Very tight league this year, no stand out sides.

Match Thread Coventry City vs. Bolton Wanderers Match Thread - Saturday 8th Feb

Jesus, it's been nearly 24 hours. Haven't you got bored of telling everyone 1000 times how perfect you are and how stupid everyone else is? No they aren't. The only people moaning in this thread are the ones still crying about what people were posting when we conceded yesterday. The vast...

    Sorry Baka

Liked his celebration when we scored, grabbing the badge and all that. Clearly cares about the club which is nice considering the abuse he gets from the stands.

Match Thread Coventry City vs. Portsmouth Match Thread - Tuesday 11th Feb

An incredibly hard fought 1-1 draw. Pask in for Rose and Biamou in for O’Hare if he’s not quite fit.

Match Thread Coventry City vs. Bolton Wanderers Match Thread - Saturday 8th Feb

For someone who is supposedly a footballing genius and so clearly better than everyone else I don’t think I’ve seen you post anything about the actual football yesterday, just endless posts about how you’re the best fan in the world and know better than everyone else.

    Sorry Baka

Can see his head drop when he doesn't get support from the crowd. There were groans after a misplaced pass in the second half and he seemed to visibly lose confidence. Bloke near me was slagging him off before the game even began. Not sure what he did in first place to deserve the vitriol.

    O’Hare Injury

It was a red card for me. While the referee didn't make any obvious big mistakes he was far too easily swayed by the players. In the second half particularly Bolton were getting free kicks every time they went to ground.

Match Thread Coventry City vs. Bolton Wanderers Match Thread - Saturday 8th Feb

It’s typical football fan behaviour. I don’t know why people act like we’re the only ones where people get pissed off and vent when we concede/play badly? I was at a Man City game and one of the fans nears me shouted that they were shite when they conceded and that they needed to stop passing...

Shock horror, football fans posting in a match thread are annoyed when their team concede.

I’m sure Mark Robins has Sky Blues Talk opened up on his laptop on the sidelines as the game goes on, you’re right. Just because people vent their frustrations on this Internet forums doesn’t mean they’re doing the same in the stadium.

No-one is upset we won. Don’t be ridiculous. Some don’t like posters on here constantly policing what others are allowed to say.

Match Thread Coventry City vs. Bolton Wanderers Match Thread - Saturday 8th Feb

You’re the one who relied to my post about the performance and turned it into a discussion on the result, not me. Last three games I’ve seen we haven’t played particularly well so that’s all I can go off. Performance level gives an idea of how we might get on in future games. I’m desperate to...

Who isn’t enjoying it? No-one on here didn’t wildly celebrate our winner today. Where has this idea that if you don’t shower the team with unending praise no matter the performance then you’re not a “real fan” or “not enjoying it” come from?

Do you think we'd beat Portsmouth or Rotherham if we put in the same standard of performance as we did today? Captain Gatekeeper at it again deciding who is and isn't fans.
