My personal opinion is that I do not feel the Administrator has handled the Administration process as well as might be expected. I was just wondering if there are any grounds for submitting a complaint about his handling of the process ? Note, this is my opinion only and not a statement of fact.

ACL has lodged a complaint -- but I feel the Sky Blue Trust should do likewise on behalf of the supporters who oppose a groundshare and whose voices have been ignored by the FL. Yes ?

My feelings are that some of Appleton's decisions might be open to questions, Joy Seppala's involvement as a "non director decision maker" in particular.

If ACL can sue Northampton for encouraging CCFC to break it's 40 years lease surely the Football League is equally complicit ?

Why didn't Appleton notice this when opting for Otium as preferred bidder and report it to the Football League ? I have emailed Appleton asking him to explain, copy to Football League.

Sky Blue Sports and Leisure Limited accounts also overdue -- last accounts 2011. How on earth could Appleton have opted for Otium (Sky Blue Sports and Leisure Limited being the holding company) ?

I agree -- Holdings accounts "SHOULD" show assets and any other business from CCFC Ltd.. Is this why accounts have not been submitted ?

The answer is "no" -- overdue. Last filed 2011 (2012 and 2013 overdue)

The question is "have CCFC Holdings Ltd accounts been submitted ?"

Where's Appleton's Statement ? Just wondering if ACL could challenge Appleton's handing of his Administration Process in Court ?
