Have I missed something?
Have I missed something?
Most likely because the auditors won't sign them off...
As for CCFC Ltd, if a company is going into administration if is unlikely you would file accounts...
The question is "have CCFC Holdings Ltd accounts been submitted ?"
The answer is "no" -- overdue. Last filed 2011 (2012 and 2013 overdue)

The Trust/NOPM needs to up the pressure around this, get BDO in the open some more; has there even been an official statement as to what is going on?..
[I know Bob Ainsworth has raised it - has Les Reid done anything much on it?]
yes ,they have been fiddled more than katie prices punaniHave I missed something?
I agree -- Holdings accounts "SHOULD" show assets and any other business from CCFC Ltd.. Is this why accounts have not been submitted ?
Surely the reason they haven't been submitted is because they're all interlinked. How can auditors sign off on holdings/sky blue sports and leisure who provide funds for ltd, when the future of Ltd is uncertain?
We are talking about accounts two years old !
BDO - it is not their responsibility to file the accounts. That responsibility is with the Directors of the company concerned.
They will not be able to sign off accounts of the Group companies until there is resolution of the CCFC Ltd situation because the companies in the group are so interlinked and the figures involved are significant. Equally until such time as there is definitely somewhere for the team to play there is no way of assessing a viable future for any of the companies.
As yet there is no evidence that any of the delays or the"mess" that is the financials is the fault of BDO - only comments from TF
BDO do not have to reply to any correspondence from the SB Trust or any fans other than to say thank you for your letter we can not discuss these matters with you. That is perfectly ethical and legal. Their auditors report is made to the shareholders (members) of the company.
Can the administrator, HMRC, government departments require a reply from BDO yes
Whilst there are questions I would like answered by BDO on the financial statements prepared to date, those documents are now 2 years old and in a way not relevant now to getting CCFC back at the Ricoh. The focus on BDO is something for TF to hide behind.
