    Email from FL

So I just wonder why we all believe it to be true. Both parties have referred to it, but we don't know the exact conditions as they haven't been shared. We don't really know if it is tied to the liquidation or not - or if the owners liability ends at paying the money to the Escrow. Just more...

I don't think ACL have really cared about the traditions & values of our club have they?

    Email from FL

This subject was brought up a few weeks ago. Can anyone actually find a statement from FL or document that says about this £590K payment. We all seem agreed on its existence, but there doesn't appear to be something to confirm it in writing anywhere.

Simon Gilbert, has there been an FL response?

If ACL chose to call in money from guarantors, then that should be deducted from amount owed. ACL should not be getting the money twice. Said guarantors may wish to pursue SISU for the monies however.

The full court transcripts from the Judicial Review

Apart from 'I love ACL' i think you've covered it.

So it's not their flag but it contains their logo, petition and campaign name.... If KCIC's message is simply SISU OUT - then why does Michael go to lengths to pretend it's not?

When we sell Wilson, I hope you all remember......

A bit like when everyone proclaims everything that comes out of Fisher's mouth is bullshit. Mentions the word liquidation though and suddenly it becomes scripture.

Oh yes - the 'pro-team' KCIC message otherwise known as SISU OUT. And you wonder why people think your message is confusing?

Getting us back to the Ricoh remains simple

What do people think is the right level of revenue streams in the first instance? Obviously SISU would eventually want the lot - maybe they could achieve that by buying out ACL in the future, which may be the best way to circumvent other contracts and the like. I think as a starting point...

Getting us back to the Ricoh remains simple

TBF Michael made an unnecessary dig at a relevant point Grendel made. That aside - any previous offer needs to be ignored and full clarity going forward on what each side wants and will accept.

Getting us back to the Ricoh remains simple

Yes I agree that SISU could do the same. Clearly a sticking point would be what revenue streams, but maybe both need to state what they want/are prepared to give.

Getting us back to the Ricoh remains simple

For CCFC to return to Ricoh the offer would have to have 2 key terms. Sensible rent value Access to revenue streams. The lease/ownership part can be done later. Perhaps if ACL actually said properly what the rent would be and what revenue streams the club could access, so it is clear...

    FA and the escrow account?

So next time you wheel out the 'AVRO charging £1.8m interest pa' - just remember SISU/AVRO aren't making a profit... it's just interest.

    Ccfc impartial review

It's not that surprising is it...? The official council mouthpiece (CET) did something very similar. Just more propaganda from both sides.

    Judicial Review thread

Not sure if this has been covered already in 75 odd pages, but when the idea of YB lending ACL £15.5m came out, were there caveat's in regard to this? Or certain criteria that would have to be in place for the lending to take place?

    Judicial Review thread

@TheSimonGilbert: it has emerged that Yorkshire bank would have agreed to loan ACL £15.5m on the basis of restructuring the loan. Er what?

    sisu: it's Game On!

Personally the idea of 'fixing' football is a reasonable notion, but I don't think that when it comes down to it people would be prepared to accept everything that goes with it. Our situation aside, Cardiff and Hull are happy for their owners to spend multi million amounts in order to be...

    sisu: it's Game On!

So because I didn't sign a petition that didn't break 20k I don't care about those things? Sorry but it has made fuck all difference. 160,000 signed a petition to not pick Tom Cleverly in the WC squad in 2 days. That's how much of an impact it didn't make.

    sisu: it's Game On!

It's not really though is it. It's a half baked attempt to complain about our situation and also general governance in football.

    sisu: it's Game On!

Does it?? Both sides in this dispute have signed the petition, so my lack of signing it is not related to any particular viewpoint. Football generally does need a huge overall. But personally I find it hypocritical me paying for my Sky Sports subscription knowing that (indirectly) it is...
