Didn't say it did. But you are talking about a deal mooted when CCFC were still full paying tenants that had at the time recently expressed an interest in a purchase deal (and yes it did fall through) All before legal action, and 'distressing' attempts....

2 years ago takes us back to around the beginning of the rent strike. So did SISU get wind of it and that's why they stopped paying rent?
