    Vale Park

To me the club was ruined when we left our soul behind and went to the Bowl stadium at the M6 junction, football to me is all about the build up, the street corner pubs and chip shops outside the ground, no reason why with a traditional stadium you cannot have a decent football team in...

    Vale Park

I`d go for the shanty town, a proper football ground not a multi purpose sporting arena

    Vale Park

If CCFC were to build a new stadium 1 mile from city centre on a similar model to Vale Park, 23000 capacity nice main stand and 3 average terraced stands i would be happy, thought it a good atmosphere and so much better than those soulless bowl arenas, i reckon about 20 million to build that,

    Your Perfect New Stadium

The Boavista looks good, 24000 capacity built by the clock tower on Foleshill Rd old Courtaulds site

    New Stadium

Rotherham moved to within a mile of there town centre with their new stadium and Millmoor is still in use. Most Cov fans i speak to don`t like the Ricoh because of Location Lack of atmosphere To far away from town centre Boring old bowl design

    New Stadium

If Sisu announced next week with plans and permission for a new 24000 seater stadium on the old courtaulds site on the Foleshill Rd near Lockhurst lane junction 1 mile from city centre and would be based on a similar model to Highfield Rd what would the reaction be.

    Bedworth?

If it was near the town centre designed like HR and not a soulless bowl like the Ricoh i would go for it, Bedworth is on the train line and a few pubs around it would be a good day out. Prefer a site within a mile of the city centre though

    Richardson started debt crisis?

Our downfall was staying in the prem to long. If we had of got relegated in the mid 90`s the Ricoh would not of come off and we could of regrouped at Highfield Rd over a 10 year period and been more sustainable. Look at WBA, Norwich and Palace all at there existing stadiums too. Please HR come back

Would you go to New Stadium Yes or No

Yes i would if the new ground was within a mile of the city centre (Courtaulds) 25000 seater would be ample and a 2 tier stand behind one goal

    Half Time Music

They should have a guest fan in every home game to choose the music at half time, I`d play Ghost Town at the Ricoh:o

ACL will have enough votes to reject deal at creditors meeting

CCFC play at a temporary home then Compass will take ACL to court for breach of contract as nobody will buying there F&B, casino will pull out as saturday being there main money spinner, Yorkshire bank pull out of there offices there too, ACL go in to admin and SISU buy and the stadium and club...

    'Highfield Two'

Foleshill Rd about 1 mile out of town opposite the clock tower and links with Stoney Stanton Rd is a massive piece of land ripe for regeneration

    'Highfield Two'

An ideal place in Coventry for regeneration is about 1 mile out of town on the Foleshill Rd opposite the clock tower on old Courtaulds site. I`d like a design with a mix of the Ricoh and Highfield Rd. THE HIGHCOH!

    The Politics of Coventry City

I long for the days of getting out of the Ricoh back to a ground near the city centre with a homely feel to it, close to the pitch a double decker stand behind the goal and plenty of pubs near by.

The more seasons that pass the more i miss Highfield Rd

Can`t bare to look at them Deano it hurts. By the way have you got any clips of the Leicester game i think 1984 we won 2-0 Bob Latchford scored. It was when the game got delayed because of crowd violence and i remember Bobby Gould on the pitch with a microphone that made him sound like Norman...
