Wasn’t Sakamoto at fault here? He was with the runner and then left him to go to the player with the ball. He pointed to da Silva to pick up the runner, but it was too late. Sakamoto should have stayed with the runner leaving da Silva to face up the player with the ball. That’s how I saw it.

But isn’t there something in O’Hare not feeling wanted? He was on the bench quite a lot towards the end of the season. I think we miss him and his style of play, sad for us and for him that it didn’t work out here.

I think the last thing O’Hare ever did was hide. Even when he was playing poorly he always wanted the ball, and tried to make things happen. He was a good player for us.

Not sure, think he’s serious about football as a career, did well at Derby and was then over promoted. Think he may well succeed with someone. I’m prepared to give him a chance rather than writing him off.
