    Ricoh for next to nothing

How so? Did ACL appoint the manager and sign the players? Or did that 500k (+500k grant from FA) not happen?

    Ricoh for next to nothing

So who's responsible for the team and manager now? They invested in the youth setup, which is paying off massively when certain people involved with the club no longer with us wanted to close down the academy...

    Ricoh for next to nothing

It's a paradox isn't it? One hand you have people who, back when the process of selecting a preferred bidder, were happy at the prospect of ACL being selected as it would 'unite club and stadium', but a large % of those would be vehemently opposed to SISU owning even a share in ACL/RICOH.

    Youngsters

Firstly, I want to say fair play to Daniels and Wilson, both have been a revaluation, Daniels was written off by many, I was close to, certainly had nowhere near the faith SP had. As for Wilson, I owe him an apology, totally wrote him off and he has been amazing, but the success of both of these...

I'll take that as a compliment.

Sky Blue Ribbons all been removed

Well, I liked what it stood for... Just in some areas there were too many and made the place look messy... A lot more satisfying walking/driving past somewhere and seeing a few, looked better.

    Well I miss those days...

    What was the objective...

I think it's fair to say that SISU had the legal system in their favour, even if the FL wanted to do something about it. Even if Guilfoyle was administrator, I could only see Otium taking legal action v whoever, as their bid fitted the criteria what the administrator has to look for. Guilfoyle's...

A lot of things. Work, rugby, alcohol, Breaking Bad (I highly recommend!) mainly. I've been keeping track on twitter and newsnow but I've been detached from football this summer. I'm yet to go to a game, home or away, but Port Vale (A) is my first free Saturday so I'll probably go to that...

Sky Blue Ribbons all been removed

I'm guessing the CCC, especially if the ribbons have been removed all around the city. Maybe SISU plants in the Council!? Not going to lie, they were an eye-sore.

    What was the objective...

Well, ACL tabled a generous, but flawed, (I myself would've rejected it) offer to SISU to stay at the RICOH... And ACL, rightly or wrongly, were going to reject the CVA if the rent agreement wasn't agreed. That's how it seemed to me.

    What was the objective...

For some reason, I'm under the impression that ACL written off some of the debt owed to them, to a figure around the 600k mark but I'm not 100% and sure don't want to be quoted on that! But again, why would they need compensation for a broken lease if they weren't going to accept it unless a...

    What was the objective...

Hang on, the CVA was rejected because we didn't accept the last offer before the creditors meeting, if we did accept the offer and therefore CVA was accepted, why would ACL need to be compensated for the broken lease? May I also ask, where's your source for that?

    What was the objective...

How could the offer be any better? Wasn't the offer tabled all the money owed to them? And didn't Appleton tell ACL to leave the JR and lease out of it?

Am I really guilty of flouting NOPM ??

Not much of a moral dilemma, if you want it, get it, don't worry about people who may judge you... I personally wouldn't buy it, money I'd rather keep in my pocket tbh! I don't think the 10p a day or whatever it costs, is going to fill the vacuum left in the club's finances...

    What was the objective...

If he has acted in a manner that isn't impartial, that isn't for us to decide, it's judges bodies, and other judges who sat in on the case, not for a few football fans who think they know it all.

    What was the objective...

Like I said, I think CCFC may have a case, but again, if the judge rejects the appeal, then I'll accept the ruling. If SISU think they have a case, like anyone in this country, they have the right to take someone/something to court, whether it gets rejected or not is the point here. There are...

What player winds you up the most?

None really, I dislike players, such as Suarez, but wouldn't say they wind me up. More player actions that get me going, like diving, arguing with officials (as in right in their face) annoy me though.

    What was the objective...

Even by rejecting the CVA, the lease is still broken, so would be fair to say rejecting the CVA was a futile move that only succeeded in increasing bad feeling (works both ways) therefore making it even less likely CCFC will return to Coventry?
