That didn't make sense to me either but I just assumed I was missing something but on the face of it if you can't get permission for a community centre there's no chance of getting it for a football stadium. Wonder if someone from the trust could contact NT and get their thoughts on this.

That's just a report on the SBT press release isn't it? Not clear if the quote from N&B council is a response to the FOI request or just a random quote from someone they've spoken to before running the story, if it's the latter it's meaningless.

would NT want that? how big are their crowds?

    ticket details for arsenal

wasn't really a moan just wondered if they'd put the numbers of tickets per ST up to try and annoy people. I haven't been a ST holder since 1991 / 92 so doesn't really matter to me!

    ticket details for arsenal

has it always been 4 tickets per season ticket? Seems high to me. Why would season ticket holders need more than one ticket anyway, wouldn't you go to an away game with the same people you go to Sixfields with who presumably all have season tickets as well?

I hope its something that's actually newsworthy and not some SISU BS that's been rushed out after they've seen the trusts statement today. Although if there is just one site to be pinpointed why don't SISU just say where it is?

by working hard does he mean having a look on here and deciding it must be in N&B?!

Not really, we already know Fisher and Labovich are lying so even if it does turn out they've spoken to N&B that's a long way from a new stadium being built. They've got to find a suitable site, buy it, get plans drawn up, get planning permission, get funding, put it out to tender and select a...

they'd have no chance if NT were to get promoted before they start work on the stadium. Football League rules stipulate a club can only move into a new stadium if it would not adversely affect Clubs having their registered grounds in the immediate vicinity of the proposed location. Not sure if...

Even without an answer from N&B we know Fisher and Labovich have lied as they both stated they were talking to 2 councils.

If you turn down a FOI request I think you have to state a reason so it will give the game away anyway as they'll have to say something like the information requested can't be provided due to commercial confidentiality.

Quick look on Google Maps it looks like it is in use as farmland, anyone know for sure. Land hasn't different classifications doesn't it, would land that's currently used for farming be tricky to get planning permission on?

You can get some smaller councils but they dont have full responsibility, for Leamington they are overseen by Warwick District Council who are the planning authority for the area so there would be no point in talking to Leamington Town Council as they aren't involved.

maybe someone should ask what the point is of the meeting when there's no plans for anyone to see and we know there's no potential site SISU are looking at in the 'Coventry area'.

So either a) nothing has actually been done at all and there is no new stadium or b) it's further away than they've said. If it's none of those who have responded what's next closest, Birmingham? By the time you look to move even further away you're going to be getting objections from existing...

Does anywhere else come within the "9 miles of the council house" or are we now looking at moving even further away from the city. When does it stop even being in the "Coventry area"?

Only if N&B respond and say yes, even then it would only be one and Fisher and Labovich have both clearly stated they've been talking to two. The response from Rugby said they'd been spoken to about a training ground not a stadium. It also said it was unacceptable where Fisher and Labovich had...

That's not right, it very clearly shows they have been lying. Two quotes about the new ground (not about a training ground) Fisher "the Club were currently in discussions with 2 other councils and presenting the benefits and economic impact of a multi-purpose stadium. Both those councils...
