makes you wonder how much they actually get wrong. obviously we pick up on this as it relates to us but how many other things they state as fact about other teams are wrong?

    Questions and 'Answers'

ACL wouldn't sell the lease you would purchase ACL. Well Higgs agreed to sell their 50% to SISU but SISU never followed through on the deal. That would have surely been a good place to start. SISU have never made an offer to purchase the councils half of ACL outright. If you think the lease...

    Stadium Forum Meeting

Exactly, most grounds you go to it's the away fans creating the atmosphere. The Ricoh wasn't especially bad or good (or though I have been told something was done when it was designed relating to the roof to ensure any noise stayed within the bowl), everytime there's been a big crowd there we've...

    Questions and 'Answers'

Ownership of the freehold brings zero revenue until ACLs lease is up for renewal which is something like 40 years off. To get the revenues you need the leasehold which is currently ownered by ACL. Of course we had an option to buy 50% of that back which SISU never exercised instead putting an...

    Questions and 'Answers'

I think it's a worthwhile exercise. At the very least some of the things mentioned in recent weeks are now there in black and white. In the event of either side distorting from these facts we now have this to refer back to. To me it paints both ACL and CCC in a better light than SISU. They have...

Not sure about Fratton Park, been zero atmosphere every time I've been there.

Still no negotiations over a ricoh return!

I wouldn't be keen on another team being moved here, unless their supporters were in favour of it of course. Does the Super League have any plans to expand, could there be a new team here? Have no idea at all how things work in Rugby. If Nuneaton were to go up is their ground up to league...

    NOPM v Arsenal

That's all well and good but so far no one had been able to name one person who was 'bleating on' about NOPM and is now saying they will go to Arsenal. Seems the only people who do keep going on about NOPM are either WUMs or Sixfields attendees. No problem with someone being taken to task if...

Still no negotiations over a ricoh return!

Slight problem of SISU wanting about £60m for it!

POLL: Would you attend a new stadium that was close to, but not in, Coventry.

hard to answer without knowing where the stadium is but my gut feeling is that there is no reason for us not to be playing in the City. Even if you say we won't play at the Ricoh again SISU have made no attempt to purchase a site for the new stadium in the city. It's one thing if we were forced...

Still no negotiations over a ricoh return!

AEG don't really operate in that sector in the UK so chances of if AEG were to take over management of the stadium they would take on most, if not all, the ACL employees. ACL and AEG work together at the moment and from what I've been told by those I work with at AEG they consider the team at...

    carlisle at home

Orient won't get moved. The Carlise game is our weekend game that would normally be called off as we've reached the 4th round. It's only on the Thursday as Carlisle wouldn't play on the Sunday as they have MK Dons the following Tuesday.

Still no negotiations over a ricoh return!

How would two stadiums impact on the value of the club (assuming they own the stadium) when SISU decide to sell. What if the bidders aren't interested in the new stadium and want to move us back to the Ricoh, wouldn't that mean SISU don't see any value from the new stadium when they sell?

    Well done in advance

If you look back at the posts from the start of the season you'll find one about the way cup game at Orient (our first away cup game of the season). NOPM is bought up and the question of if away cup games are part of NOPM and the general response is that away cup games aren't part of NOPM as it...

    Well done in advance

The prices might be even lower, last time round it was £10 in the lower tier, £20 in the upper tier (£5 and £10 for concessions) for both home and away fans. Now obviously its a weekend game and the FA Cup rather than the League Cup but they might decide to go low to make sure the ground is full.

    Shut it you slaaags

Hull are at Southend that day (assuming neither tie gets moved), do it early enough and they could stop off on the way. AFC Wimbledon are at home as well, they might be happy to join in. Unfortunately Cardiff are playing somewhere up north but if something was put together maybe a few of their...
