    Rushworth

I've got a theory, and itcould be bollocks because it's something I've conjured up in my own mind. But I think Brighton, given their analytical approach to everything, had us pegged as having a good chance of promotion. That's why they took a chance turning down our 5 million bid, knowing a...

    Rushworth

I'm convinced we'll sign him if we go up. 10-12 mil I reckon. Edit - I'm on about Rushworth

    For any remaining non-believers

I get people worrying. I have nagging doubts myself. But as I've said before, those fears aren't based in logic, there's no logical argument to be made for us messing this up. Everything points to us getting automatic promotion.

    Atmosphere again

It definitely was. Though not back to what it was a couple of seasons ago.

    For any remaining non-believers

If I said I hadn't been looking at the fixture list trying to work out when we clinch the title I'd be lying but I don't want to think like that!

Refused to join in with singing 'we're gonna win the league' today. I'm not tempting fate!

Scores on the doors vs Swansea

Grimes was immense today. It's just becoming the norm now, something Lampard alluded to in his post match interview.

I now know of two people who've had whatever it is and both had it for 2 weeks. Said on another thread, 1 is my mates son in law who's as fit as a butchers dog usually so it's a bit worse than the usual 3 day job but I think it must coming to and end for the squad now.

He was wretching when he went off which made me think he needed to be sick but it could have been coming out of both ends

I'd add the way MVE went off. Nearly puked by the look of it and went straight down the tunnel. I'd try and drag another shift out of him for Ipswich and rest him for the Charlton game.

    Fan zone

Went in the fanzone. Thought it was really good. Easy to get served for drink and food. SBITC stuff looked really good along with other stuff going on, darts, axe throwing etc. Blues v Derby on the screen and a band as well. Not something I'll be using too often but I was impressed and money...

    Rivals for auto spots

I think so,though with the exception of the cup game, (and some might want them to win that), we could do with Stoke having a decent 5 or 6 week spell given their fixtures.

How much will we spend in the summer?

I'm not on about Luton, you should probably read my comments about them in post 253. But there are plenty of others who've never managed to build on a season or 2 in the PL. And as I've also pointed out, some of those who have managed to stay didn't need Forestesque spending to do it.
