Why not just buy a kids ticket and hope no one checks. A lot of people will choose to pay on the day as that's what they've always done, before you even consider the issues people have had buying tickets in advance. So, if they are honest, its £24 - £27. If you go every week a ST is great...

A point and a terrific perfomance say's Elvis

Maybe if SISU hadn't made such a mess of things and got us into L1 we'd be able to match the wages offered by huge clubs like Bournemouth.

It gives you a pretty clear indication of the quality of the opposition. As usual anyone who's struggling seems to have a sudden change of form when they play us. Can't be coincidental. At 2-0 Crawley were dead and buried, we should have been looking to get a hatfull and be 3 or 4 up by half...

I'm not a fan of booing but I can certainly understand it. Blowing a 2-0 lead at home against a team who've only picked up one away point since the opening day of the season and have only 2 goals away from home all season. In no way can that be acceptable.

If this was cinema, theatre or any other form of live entertainment there would be zero people there as its not in the slightest bit enjoyable or entertaining.

I said last week we needed to pick up 6 points from the next 2 to give us some confidence in the tougher games coming up after that. A win next week is absolutely essential, any other result is not acceptable to me. Past that I can easily see us losing the following 3 given the way we are...

Exactly right. My Dad has been going for decades and point blank refuses to go now. How can I persuade him? If we were playing good football and winning I might have a chance but who wants to go and watch what we are putting out, at the price we are charging for it. Someone at the club needs to...

A point and a terrific perfomance say's Elvis

Haven't heard the interview but if he did say that I won't be impressed. He should be absolutely fuming looking at Crawley's away form and going 2-0 up. We are always shooting ourselves in the foot and it will give us no chance of going up. We should have killed the games off 3 or 4 up by half...

    Butts arena

It's a bit of a chicken and egg situation. It's rubbish playing at a 32K capacity stadium and getting under 10K but that's where we're at. A move to a smaller stadium in the city centre would be attractive now but what happens if we do well? Do we pack in at the new stadium and move back to the...

Great stuff. Need to keep the same pressure up now and get 2 or 3 up by half time.

The Club Shop - What it Needs!

Was it Brody who suggested getting a ticketing system that linked into those paypoint terminals they have all over the place for people to pay bills on. Thought that was a good idea, people would be able to pop round the corner and buy a ticket.

Looks like SP is trying to send a message to the squad to buck their ideas up. Nothing wrong with that. Of course a win and people will says its a genius move, lose and he'll be getting stick over it but I don't have a problem with it, you can't have a performance like last week and just put the...

    Ray Ranson

You never know with signings do you. People have a habit of working things so they support their arguement. Those that like SP will credit him with the good signings and Waggott gets the blame for the useless ones, those who don't like SP will tell you the opposite.

    Ray Ranson

I certainly wouldn't laud Ranson or welcome him with open arms but if our choice is being homeless with SISU or as a part of a group owning us, Wasps and the Ricoh I know which one I would choose. if for no other reason than it making us a more attractive prospect for a more preferable owner...

Will Trust and Rob s be at Ricoh today

Moving Wasps seems to rank about as well as moving us to Sixfields in terms of a good business sense. Look at the crowds they're getting now, even if everyone of them turned up, and everyone abandoned Cov RFC the stadium would still be well under a third full. However for Euro games they need a...

The Club Shop - What it Needs!

I get that they've got a lot to deal with and all that but how difficult is it for someone to hire a mobile unit and get it to the Ricoh on matchday. Like you say that don't shut up about lost revenues but seem to make it as difficult as possible for anyone who does want to spend a few quid.

Do the club ever approach the larger employers in the city to do bulk purchase deals with them?

Les Reid: Ray Ranson & ex-CCFC people may be in on a club/Ricoh takeover plot

Someone should let Tim and Joy know this, they don't seem able to grasp that you don't need to own the freehold.
