    No this isn't a joke

If this wasn't a rhetorical question then yes the People has the same owners as the CT.

Have We Been Closed Down Then?

That's can't be true Jan, it hasn't been splashed all over the CT. Maybe they only report the bad news

    Questions for the SCG

They should know that stuff just so they can upsell and get people coming back. If people come in wanting say 3 tickets they should be pointing out it works out cheaper with a match package. If someone comes in asking about kids tickets they should be getting them signed up to JSBs.

    Questions for the SCG

"Over 12,000 homes are covered by the Ricoh Arena Residents’ Parking Scheme. It aims to make sure there are no parking problems on major event days, where more than 10,000 people are expected at the Arena." http://www.coventry.gov.uk/info/117/parking/1025/ricoh_arena_-_residents_parking_scheme

    Questions for the SCG

6 people stopped going because they'd have to pay to park? That's less that a quid each per game even if you pay by the game! On that subject a questions for the SCG, why is parking still restricted around the Ricoh, our crowds are now below the threshold at which the restrictions come in...

    Questions for the SCG

It will either be that or you've got something set on your preferences to not receive marketing mails. They'll be sent out to everyone as a mainshot so there must be some reason you aren't getting them. I get at least one a week, usually more.

    Questions for the SCG

Scope is in charge of the corporates isn't he? I would expect his to be looking after them rather than shifting boxes around. Fisher is chairman, most likely on a 6 figure salary. If he hasn't got something better to do than shift boxes there's something very wrong there.

From what I can make out it's Wasps online so might have to give Premier Sports a go, another £12 a month!

Have We Been Closed Down Then?

I agreed with that stance, would be quite happy if they'd stuck to it when Wasps pitched up! Just pointing out that they can take a stance on anything they like, SBT seems to think it would be unprecedented for them to do so.

    Questions for the SCG

You would think (hope?) they have more important things to do on a matchday.

Have We Been Closed Down Then?

Local papers take a stance and run campaigns all the time! It wasn't too long ago the Telegraph were running a campaign about how wrong it was for clubs to be playing outside of their hometown, that's not really a neutral stance is it?

    Questions for the SCG

The club tweeted a couple of days ago that people should check their contact details are up to date and their communication preferences allow the club to send them marketing info as they will be sending out details on season tickets and new kit in the next couple of weeks.

Have We Been Closed Down Then?

I have a feeling Simon has mentioned in the past that the headlines are nothing to do with him.

Which other clubs DON'T own their stadium ?

Hopefully not but I think we need to get out of the mindset that there's a quick fix or just get SISU out and everything will be OK. As things stand unless Wasps move or go bust we have little chance in a stake in the Ricoh for the next 250 years. In my opinion we're not talking about doing...

Which other clubs DON'T own their stadium ?

They lost their ground following a period of financial instability. It was sold to a rugby club, Sale. Since then they have dropped out of the league and switched to semi-pro playing in Conference North.

    This new scouting network

They don't need to create their own database, just subscribe to WyScout. Then it's just having people who can go out to games, most clubs apart from the elite use ex-players who just do it for expenses. You wouldn't have thought it was that hard to set something up.

    No this isn't a joke

You just posted it, "this hasn't been provided to us yet", doesn't sound like Wasps sprang into action to provide a better facility to me but of course everything always has to be totally the fault of SISU.

    No this isn't a joke

Its always great when people use the argument you have no evidence apart from the evidence that I'm going to ignore! The evidence is the SCG minutes, the clubs response on Twitter and the response to me when I asked the question directly on matchday. So what you're actually saying is that in...

Which other clubs DON'T own their stadium ?

The only other club I can think of in a similar situation to ours is Stockport. Spot on, not owning the ground is not an issue its what you get in return for the amount you pay that is key. But we'd still be at the bottom of the revenue table as all the teams we would be trying to be...
