New kit announced in the coming days

From the Just Sports Nike Teamwear site, looks like this but in a slightly lighter / brighter blue. Pretty good kit, if they're not stupidly slim fitting might be tempted.

    Sisu to buy Northampton ???

I'm glad we're not still there if Cardoza is looking to sell. There's no way it was in SISU's plans when we moved but if it had been offered to them and they could see a way to get some return on their money they might have pushed for a merger. Unlikely but it would be a worry. Thankfully its...

    Early Bird Extended

Think the stricter checks came in as the proportion of kids & students tickets went up dramatically making it obvious people who should be paying full price weren't.

Has the club confirmed if there will be enough room to stock anti freeze this winter?

    Ched Evans

The footballing authorities should really do something to resolve this once and for all as I doubt Evans will be the last person in this kind of situation. They could make a rule that due to the community nature of football clubs players have to pass an enhanced CRB or something like that...

Good Home Fans Pub at Ricoh

In a word - yes. Away games tend to be more lively as its a smaller group who tend to stick together with a fair chunk hitting the beer early. Home games are a much more sanitised experience. DOn't think that's just us to be honest, think its just the way football has gone in general.

Pre season Tour......of Ireland (or just Dublin)

Makes sense. Allows them to go away and do some team bonding without scratching around for teams to play or spending a fortune. Should also be pretty easy, and relatively cheap, for anyone that fancies going to watch them.

    Lack of action/ mowbray's demands

Think some people need to pay attention to what Mowbray's plan is. If he's in no mad rush to sign players then should we really be as concerned as some people seem to be? http://www.coventrytelegraph.net/sport/football/football-news/coventry-city-no-rush-new-9389273

    Gillingham (h) to be moved

The Butts is an ideal location, 15 min walk from the train station and of course right next to the city centre. With 3 sides open could fairly easily and quickly be upgraded to something in the region of 10-15K capacity using temporary stands. However as a long term solution I'm not sure...

Have to admit I haven't read much on this case but how does this work? If the woman can't remember what happened and didn't make a complaint how do the police even get involved let alone get enough evidence to secure a prosecution. How did they get from Evans and the other player, both of whom...

    More good news !

I think there's 2 separate things that are getting mixed up here. THere's how our prices compare against others, that's only meaningful when you compare against others in this country. We come out pretty well on that front. Then there's the price of English football in general which is high...

    Ched Evans

The last time I heard her talking about the club on CWR she referred to her being a supporter in the past tense so I would guess she doesn't go to games anymore.

    More good news !

I would love football to be cheaper but when you compare it to other live entertainment it doesn't look such a bad price. Compare it to live music, an act would could shift 8 - 10K tickets would be looking at £40 a ticket minimum, many would charge £100 plus a ticket. Compare it to theatre, even...

    More good news !

Not sure how you post tweets on here, that's if you can, but if you look at twitter.com/The_FSF (Football Supporters Federation) they have praised the clubs pricing saying "sends a powerful message throughout football".

    More good news !

Beer prices don't really impact on me as I'm always driving after the game but I don't really get the need to buy beer at the Ricoh. It's expensive and crap plus you can't take it to your seat. Surely there's long enough in the pub before and after the game to manage to go a couple of hours...

    Season Ticket Sales

What have you based the £2m on? What people are suggesting is not that SISU sell the business but that they sell the business and wipe out all the debt to SISU / AVRO and anyone else we owe money to. That seems an unlikely to me. We aren't an attractive proposition. We have crowds in freefall...
