    Another one lost

When the embargo is lifted, Cranie and Clingan will be the only players left to pick up on free transfers

Thorn: Players believe they will bounce back

Injuries will cost us dear as it did last season. We have 11 who can compete, by compete I mean stay up. We don't have a squad to stay up. There will be players on our bench we have never heard of before. To me when the likes of Keogh's, Cranie's, Fatswood's, Clingan's, Platt's wages are freed...

Thorn: Players believe they will bounce back

I know what you are saying, but having a read of this thread as a dip sample, do you think it has heaped expectation?

Thorn: Players believe they will bounce back

I don't really know what he is supposed to do. He is a manager, part of his job is to motivate the team. He also has to come across as positive to the press. He may get some respect from some of us, however I think he would be severely criticised by most fans if he came out and said "To be...

ACL: "If (when?) City go down, we won't reduce the rent"

Completely confused then. So they say they need half the stadium to cut the loses every month and head to wards break even point. However in reality they wont be doing this. Thus the only reason they want to do the deal is to sell the whole package?

Waggott: We made a bid for Norwood

Unlikely, they could not pay the players wages last month?

Some say the depth of our squad was not an issue last season and should not be an issue this season. Frightening

    Transfer Embargo being lifted...

I don't think he will work and as you know I hope he does not. Don't fancy Carsley as manager this early in his career

    Transfer Embargo being lifted...

Remind me of that quote again was it: "they asked me to stop on another year, I said things need to change they assured me it would, lets see what happens and take it from there" Which has rapidly become "I need new signings or I will walk"

Keogh being sold in summer, were asking for £3 million

1 Million folks. I think he is worth 2. However I have not seen SISU obtain a true value for any player so far IMO

I'm going to withhold my Council Tax for 3 months

That would because you could say that when you bought the ticket it was on the basis of a bounce back budget. However the circumstances have changed, no bounce back budget so you would now like the season ticket at a reduced rate of £100. Which is more reasonable for league one with no signings...

A (soon to be) Ex-Football club?

There was a rumour about Willis yesterday. Was Clarke Harris in the squad last season? When did Quirk go?

    Transfer Embargo being lifted...

It doesn't it just says the embargo will be lifted by then and once it is lifted, there will be in plenty of time for you to make an informed decision. There was no embargo last summer when they signed Murphy, Dunn and McDonald. My informed decision was that this was not enough signings...

312k a year, he better take on the role of a senior pro! It is a shame contracts don't have a minimal amount of games criteria. If you are playing it is the full 6500 If you are injured it is full pay for 6 weeks, half pay until you return If you are on the bench 3/4 of full pay If you are not...

"In recognition of this we are introducing an interim Season Ticket price, which will remain in place until June 30, to allow any supporters plenty of time to make an informed decision once the transfer embargo has been lifted." You are right actually, it should be sooner than 13 days. As if it...

fair point, I just hope against hope. He takes on a sense of responsibility as a senior pro (like fatswood didn't), has an injury free season and performs in this division like he did for Luton. If I was honest and we could free up Bell's wages and sign two free transfer midfielders, then I...

Technically nothing SISU say can be construed as fact, so you really should not have posted this. ;)
