    Cant see how you only say 2 midfielders when we only have 4, that we know should perform at this level. Personaly I think you need at least 1 player to cover each posiition. You have named 7 players, so I take it you think 4 experienced free transfers and 3 decent season long loanees?

    Or more aptly the opportunity to join a big club with big ambitions, with owners who want back to back promotions. It does not matter who is at the helm ,you would need to seriously wonder why someone would choose Coventry over Swindon with the current owners long term strategy of back to back...
