    Vote with Your Feet

Sorry of course they would New owners new hope. They would fully expect a reaction, to say otherwise is ridiculous. If Haskell brought the club tomorrow would season ticket sales go up down or stay the same? (Hypothetical) ie if you could actually buy tickets

    Vote with Your Feet

They would fully understand if it was clear what the reason was. Which it is. They would expect crowds to return with new ownership

    Vote with Your Feet

If a buyer is sat there waiting. Would the club get liquidated. The club and more specifically ourselves are currently a weapon that SISU are using. Like a child in a messy divorce. I personally am not prepared to be used by SISU

Is CCFC website breaking league rules

Why did it take the club so long to file the accounts and get us out of an embargo, last season?

    Judicial review consequences

It's called a delaying tactic. To drag things out hoping Mr Haskell will go away. ACL will lose the stomach for the battle and the council/ACL will negotiate a deal to have SISU back at the Ricoh. Non starter.....

club to hold meetings with fans

So if Higgs said they can't have a professional relationship with SISU and would veto any move by the council to hand over their share. However if Mr Haskell picks up the club they will allow it to be handed over you would be happy with that?

Peter Waterman tried to buy CCFC

The club that no one else but SISU would ever touch. The genuine only reason no one will touch it is actually because of SISU.

club to hold meetings with fans

If it is the wrong decision I would struggle to support it. You yourself have said SISU would not move the club. That is because it is not a realistic viable option. You just saw it as a hollow threat. So it would not benefit their shareholders. If they had done a proper negotiation...

Pretty significant if you ask me if that deal was done with the administrator as Lord pointed out. May set a legal precedent for the case.

If that is the case why does he no longer seem to be running the football club?

Golden Share Could Be In Holdings After All

What a strange day. SBT calls SISU c-units PGSM shows great insight and thought and steps away from the ramblings of a mad man. Today is going to be a wonderful day

    Ann Lucas quite Shrewd

I was concerned that Ann may start trying to encorage talks again with SISU. Leading back to the start of a long path to a brick wall. She would not have seen or experienced what Mr Mutton has of their tactics and the strong possibility no negotiation would have been accepted until ACL were...

    Sisu

The only thing I think is that they are hoping to confirm they still have control so Mr Haskell has to come directly to them. However I don't think he will. If that doesn't happen I think they then hope to blackmail the council by threatening to take the club away and break ACL by not...
