Surely it's not that complicated. For the club to be for sale the club has to be in administration and Mr Haskell has to speak to the Asministrator. In order to buy half of ACL Mr Haskell has to talk to the Higgs charity. Not sure where this why doesn't ACL talk to SISU thing fits in...

What's the point in discussion with ACL if his bid is accepted by Higgs he will own half of them and be discussing with himself?

Crazy idea number 50 for me. Would the FA rules stop Mr Haskell investing in both. If they did not find a buyer. Could we use them as our development squad. We would paying the lads wages anyway. They would get to play in front of 1000 fans and thd matches would prepare them...

Pressure is needed to be put on both Mr Appleton and on SISU. The bid needed to be in before matters are discussed in front of the judge. Will be interesting if Mr Appleton tries to push in SISU's favour with this bid on the table.

Lets hope if Mr Haskell does force out SISU he maybe able to save Nuneaton and have them as the development squad.
