"Coventry City owners lead club to Northampton and towards the abyss"

A question that I have posed a number of times, but have yet to receive an answer - If SISU believe that the 32,000 seater Ricoh is not worth very much - the article suggests ML sees the value at circa £4m - why would they ever consider building a much smaller stadium for a cost of around £25m?

    Ricoh Value - 6.4 million in 2012

If the Ricoh is worth anything anywhere near £6.4m, why would Otium be planning to build a much smaller ground for a reported £25m?

    MK Dons Away

Can't speak for anyone else but my view is: Don't go to Sixfields because the only lever we have to persuade SISU to reverse their nonsensical policy of playing in Northampton is to reduce their income. Go to MK to show that the mass support is still there for the club. Now back to the...

    Mk ticket sales update

I've been quite concerned from the start that the MK model was more likely to be on SISU's radar than the Brentford or Rotherham ones that TF referred to. In fact given the "spineless acquiescence" of the FL (spot the value judgement :)), I've been waiting to hear about JS and TF spending long...

    Mk ticket sales update

I love the way that people pick and choose what they consider to be "ironic". It appears that it is "ironic" for Coventry fans who won't go to Sixfields, to follow the team to MK - however it is not "ironic" for posters who protest (rightly in my view) that Coventry fans should not be...

    Bradford City Match Thread

To be honest, I thought you looked much more dangerous in the first half, when you were working the ball out to the left a lot. Whether we cut off that route or PP changed tactics I'm not sure, but I thought that you looked much less likely to score from open play in the second half.

As I said, for some it is. Winning is obviously important, but for some others the actual football matters too.
