    Slade gone

Like Dowie as a Sky Sports News panellist and Thorn as a caretaker at Kidderminster!

    Slade gone

Can you really afford to be that particular about non-footballing matters. I'd take Donald Trump as the new manager at the moment if he was likely to get us promoted out of League 2 next season.

    Nathan Clarke

Presumably he'll be leaving now along with the other Slade pets.

Sam Ricketts... the real messiah! [emoji6]

If he's been around all season and involved in the coaching, what evidence do we have that he's any good? There's only one reason for appointing him and that is he's cheap. On that basis, SISU should go down the local job centre and hire a random unemployed person and be done with it.

Time for Tim Fisher to go

Get the feeling he enjoys all the negativity he generates. He's the footballing equivalent of a pantomime villain who comes onto the stage, gets booed by the crowd and shouts insults at the punters in return. I think totally ignoring him is the best option. It will deny him the attention he craves.

    Slade gone

If we could get Robins back and support him in League 2 next season, a modicum of my hostility to SISU would recede.

Time for Tim Fisher to go

He's an albatross hung around the neck of the club squeezing the last remaining flickerings of life away. He's made it clear that he's no fan of the club, said he doesn't care what the fans think and referred to fans as customers. To call him a parasite is an insult to parasites.

    Slade Rumour

Had no idea that Sam Ricketts' uncle is John Francome until I read it a few minutes ago. Clearly being paid to flog dead horses runs in the family.

    Reminiscing

With SISU taking the club into a terminal decline, memories will soon be all we have left.

Is Slade our worst manager ever?!

Between Slade and Thorn for worst ever. Both abysmal and both presided over relegation. I appreciate that both were shafted by our lovely owners but there's another 58,000 threads to discuss them.

I don't like Ricketts, oh no

Sick of the Wembley thing obscuring Slade's absolutely abysmal league record - one win in how many (15?) league games. Any of us could do as well as that.

    Will they ever go?

I wouldn't trust Seppala and Fisher to run a whelk stall.

I don't like Ricketts, oh no

Don't want Slade or Ricketts - they've both been part of this truly awful season

I don't like Ricketts, oh no

There seems to be a prevailing view that Ricketts is likely to be our next manager. Presumably for the sole reason that he would be a cheap option. In my view, Ricketts is definitely not what we need in League 2. I want to see a manager with experience of League 2 or the National League who has...

14 games left, 8 Home and 6 Away

Well we might lose every single remaining game but I can't believe we won't make it slightly more interesting.

14 games left, 8 Home and 6 Away

    So what's left and predictions: Swindon (h) - draw - 1 point Bury (a) - draw - 1 point Shrewsbury (a) - win - 3 points Bradford City (h) - lose - 0 points Southend United (h) - draw - 1 point MK Dons (a) - draw - 1 point Bristol Rovers (h) - win - 3 points Sheffield United (a) - lose -...

    Any point keeping Slade here?

Agreed - we should look at who the best young managers in League 2 and the Conference are and look to poach them. We've had too many washed up has beens.

    Any point keeping Slade here?

As we are essentially now relegated, I don't see any point in changing things until the end of the season. I'd write this season off along with Slade and the entire squad. We need to get rid of Slade in May along with pretty much all of the players and let the new man have a totally fresh start...

    Managers Since Sillett

Marks out of 10: Butcher 4 - squandered Sillett's legacy and never endeared himself to fans. Howe 5 - very negative tactics and hardly any wins. Gould 6 - like his first spell, an early flash in the pan following by a steep decline in form. Neal 7 - on the plus side, kept us in the top...

    Managers Since Sillett

Adrian Heath is another caretaker who wasn't up to much. How many games has Oggy managed?
