That's interesting ... so what exactly is your experience and qualification?

It may be no more so than SISU making the CVA a priority before the first meeting when ACL made no pre-conditions, and I don't expect either of us are informed enough or qualified to make a judgement on that.

The truth of it is that it isn't at all one-sided, and both sides potentially have a lot to lose.

I don't recall SISU themselves saying they were budgeting for as low a number as 2,000 per game at Sixfields. I thought the bottom end of their expectation was 3,000 and high was 7,000 to 8,000. I might be wrong

Don't see it happening but I would agree that ACL should only sign the CVA on the basis of a long term lease. The only proviso I would add is that I would hope it would also combine a better deal for the football club based on an agreement that is fair and reasonable to both parties, but I don't...

But surely SISU haven't put together a rushed plan that wasn't put together properly. Heaven forbid. After all it had to be a plan good enough to convince the wise old heads of the football league that SISU were intent and capable of returning the club to Coventry.

It seems this is only because they wished to avoid paying due rent. Do you or do you not believe that SISU hasn't even yet considered whether it will be CCFC or SISU/developer that would own a new stadium? What do you think the decision is?
