Not all kids sit in that section (those that do get a cheaper kids price IIRC) and although they can still use it I doubt it'd be able to take in every single kid at the game.

The whole point would be to offset the high ticket cost because they're trying to stop adults taking the piss using concession tickets. I feel that is a big reason why the kid prices are so high and even DK would be looking to make it better VFM. Also, it would be good for getting the kids...
