There you go again - how can you say that Biamou would have been shocking? Biamou MIGHT have been shocking, but you insist on stating such things as facts.

    Dion visits Coventry

Dion is going to be at Christ the King on Friday 4th May, presumably doing a Q and A session. I can't make it, so I haven't kept the details, but if I recall correctly, tickets were £25, to include a chicken and chips meal - plus Dion of course!

Not read the rest of the thread before replying to this, but my belief is that the Chairman (Richardson) offered Dublin the new contract to up his transfer fee, then sold him as quickly as possible. Dublin reportedly turned down a bigger money move to Blackburn as he didn't want to move his wife...

    Walsh, O Hare, Dabo

You haven't answered the question below, moved from another thread - but here you go again, - "Our wage bill WILL be £4 million lower than the lowest in the division" How do you know this? Can I question you on your ability to state as fact that we would have been promoted with a different...

I'm sure in one of our previous (broken) agreements with the London wasps that we were getting/going to get at least a portion of the drinks/food revenue? It would definitely make a difference to the budget if we were able to sell 10000 season tickets rather than 3 - 4000 at Stan Drews

    Super Max

Can I question you on your ability to state as fact that we would have been promoted with a different keeper to Burge, or that we'd have been promoted by now with a "decent striker"? Noone can do this - even you, unless you can predict/change history. In which case, what numbers should I pick to...

Evo, I agree with much of what you have said, and disagree with some of it - respecting opinions is key though! I don't understand you using the term "universally", as I was very pleased last week to hear several people cheering and encouraging Baka in his battle against Pompey, and he certainly...

If he's in the last year of his contract, he might not be on a massive amount, but if Brizzle do resign him, I think that would be the point at which we couldn't do business. The key is getting back to the Ricoh and having a good take-up on season tickets.

Too much time on my hands, so looked at the thoughts of a superior mind!

The below thoughts are from a single thread "LiSTen jUST heRe me OuT" started on 22nd December, where one of our members gave us the benefits of his deep and insightful thoughts ad nauseum. Interesting to see he has not been proved right on a single point he made. If I want us to get beaten I’d...

    Sam McCallum

Agreed - the most dangerous Portsmouth player was up against him on our left side, and I thought Sam went into and won many 50/50 challenges wholeheartedly - in fact, I commented that if Norwich were watching, they might tell him not to be so keen....

Thankfully today's mistake didn't result in 1/0 points instead of 3. What hasn't been said on here today is that McFadzean has helped to develop and bring out the best in Rose and Hyam. The three of them as a unit work really well together, hence 1 goal conceded in the last 4 games.

We have had a monumental thrashing of sorts already, when we lost at Rotherham, but we bounced back pretty well from that.
