    Favorite EVER CCFC Player

Yeah, set up plenty of goals, great at drifting past players. Used to watch those goal videos all the time, he had some great games. I nearly put Rosario in again, but I don't want to get you too agitated.

    Favorite EVER CCFC Player

Really enjoyed watching Dennis Wise, always something going on, did he really only play 13 games (with 6 goals), I'd have guessed at more. Don Hutchinson's few appearances were good to. Stewart Robson, David Smith, Kevin Gallagher, there's loads really, couldn't pick just one from time watching.

I just copied out some of the article. If they were still paying 5% then it wouldn't be possible, and the article would be wrong. What have you seen to suggest it was still 5%?

Jimmy hill statue moving to gosford green?

He doesn't debate, I agree, I mean that he chips in to debates with a view that can then be debated further, and I'd say provides balance at times. I accept that you disagree.

Jimmy hill statue moving to gosford green?

His attempts at PR fail though surely, no one is liking Wasps more for him posting here, if anything it's the opposite.

Jimmy hill statue moving to gosford green?

I agree, if he came on clearly on the wind up it would be different, but he normally says things that can be verified, and does provide balance to some debates (that are Wasps related). Not sure why he's so bothered about coming on here though, it's not as if there's many of us that ever change...

Page 266 of the prospectus shows wasps cashflow up to 31.12.14, this shows that the cash was paid to acquire ACL by that date, so I'd say it's likely they were paid upon sale.

Lucas sad that ccfc don't run ricoh

I honestly can't recall reading anything from SISU that clearly states that they would accept a long lease (with the usual restrictions leases bring), apart of course when they agreed to the principle of a 125 year lease as part of the failed Higgs bid. The ownership part is the key difference...

Lucas sad that ccfc don't run ricoh

I was under the impression the previous concerns were over what SISU may do if they got over the freehold, not over a long lease. If this financing deal goes bad it would appear that the Council remain in control of the lease, and therefore what happens at the stadium, if it were the freehold...

I think it shows that SISU's plan of distressing ACL worked, but they got too greedy and wanted it for even less than Wasps were willing to pay. It's unlikely the valuer has got his figure wildly wrong.

    To Stay or Go

The league rules state 13.9 Subject to any dispensations granted by the Board, a Club shall either own its ground or have a legally enforceable agreement with its ground's owner for its use by the Club, expiring not earlier than the end of the current Season. It's been reported a few times...

    To Stay or Go

Possibly, but seeing as how popular their bond turned out I'd say the likelihood of putting another bond out in 7 years time will be pretty high, I would think most people investing now would do so again, they just have to meet the interest payments, which of course part of the bond funds. So, a...

    To Stay or Go

I don't doubt that any new deal would have a higher rent, but I wouldn't say they have more debt commitments, the bond was mainly consolidating other debts, it's unlikely the commitments under the bond are more expensive than the loans they were paying off.

I can't envisage a move away being viable, but if it were, and it was in or close to Cov, then yes.
