Sisu make official complaint over Coventry councillors' conduct

I just had a squint at page 268, Wasps accounts for the six months to 31.12.14, they say Richardson has no intention of asking for repayment of his £18m loan during 2015, yet the prospectus also says up to £10m can be repaid to him from the bond. Which statement is correct?

You're right, I should have said the final opportunity to bid was around Dec 13. :D

Sisu make official complaint over Coventry councillors' conduct

The time to bid was around dec 13, when the request to put a bid in was published. You don't seriously think that the deal was still available after we came back do you?

Sisu make official complaint over Coventry councillors' conduct

The offer that neither party wanted to continue with. I'm not convinced by that argument, especially as they didn't put an offer in later, and they have said they wouldn't have done the deal. edit: sorry I see you mean the later offer when wasps came in. The deal was already done, they should...

Sisu make official complaint over Coventry councillors' conduct

They didn't put an offer in, and they said they wouldn't have done the deal that Wasps did, so it does seem rather a stretch to get to your guess.

Sisu make official complaint over Coventry councillors' conduct

Well it's certainly clear she invited offers, sadly there's no evidence of SISU submitting an offer. She was slightly wrong on her figures wasn't she, maybe she meant to say if it wasn't for the £400k of legal fees that ACL have had to pay out, they were washing their face.

Sisu make official complaint over Coventry councillors' conduct

It said in wasps bond prospectus that as part of the current litigation............ The relief sought by the claimant is as follows a) a declaration that the 2014 Decision constituted (or perpetuated) the grant of an unlawful state aid; (b) an order quashing the 2014 Decision; and (c) an order...

Club aims to raise £35m from bond

intheknow is prone to dropping in the occasional clue to what he's actually talking about, inferring things rather than saying them, it's fair enough to question whether this was another such occasion.

I hope this isn't your way of telling us that CCC have bought a load of your bonds.

Hard to argue against dropping Barton, I suppose if I had to say something positive it's that he does move into space and try and get hold of the ball, oh, and he's tall. I think he'll give Nouble another chance, surely he'll realise he's running out of chances and will put some real effort in.

It would be a brave (or do I mean foolish) decision to start Maddison and Odelusi. Maddison seems to only do well when he's given 15mins to play, and I can only really recall Odelusi playing well for 20 mins in total. German fella is improving, I'd give him another go.

    £1.2m?

Previous accounts have shown the average ticket income after VAT was £10, so crowds of 8,000 x £10 x 23 games equals £1.84m.

Changes to the Ricoh next season - Waggott

Presumably this means a flat rate for adults and another lower flat rate for concessions, rather than one flat rate to cover adults and concessions??

    hypothetical question

I'd take the gamble. It may well get worse, but at least it would happen quicker than SISU's slow death approach. Then we will recover, we'll have a relatively big crowd for whatever low league we'll be in and if necessary we'll have to trade our way back up the leagues. The bigger problem is...
