What is going on with the Tory leadership contest?

Flat rate vs progressive rate is an issue that was has always been up for debate for various reasons depending on how you look at it. For example, an argument for flat tax was it makes tax easier, but others state that the rich can afford good accountants and end up paying a lower effective...

I agree. However, where you mention about him pissing off hundreds or thouands of it's own employees, I think you meant 'clients'. Also being a footballer they're people that youngsters want to idolise and emulate - you can't have that. And as I said before, it becomes a very stark warning to...

A question of taste or bias?

It's clearly meant as a joke but give the spate of acid attacks that have happened in the not too distant past it's a very poor choice, especially from an ex-nurse. I doubt she'd find it funny if someone jokingly said the same about a left wing liberal or a feminist. There does seem to be a bit...

No - I had to look it up. I thought SNUS was a computer console from the 90's

I agree. Doesn't mean we have to be the ones that give it to him does it? Loads of people in ordinary jobs would lose them immediately over a video like that.

Ultimately this is up to MR and the management to decide. But given the alleged issues with Camwell perhaps we need to make an example of someone as a warning to the other up and coming academy graduates. In years to come show this video on how you can fuck it all up in a few seconds. And given...

I think I know why he's leaving. Smug, arrogant, boasts about how much money he's on, appears to enjoy controlled substances. He's running for Tory leader.

To be fair I make tons of spelling and grammar mistakes on posts on here - it doesn't matter.

Just completely off his tits so rational thought is totally out the window.

Maybe his pockets are heavy with bricks as he's just gone and commited career suicide. Last person to fuck their entire career up this quickly was Ratner, Now it's rat-face.

Oh dear. Goodbye. Must have terrible mouth ulcers rubbing that much powdered Bonjela on his gums.

    Bright and Bayliss 3m?

I think it's a bit less physical and he'll get more ref protection which will suit him trying to beat players. I don't think he's ready to be playing loads of games right from the start, but playing a handful and being rested for a bit so he's fresher towards the end will work well for him. Then...

What is going on with the Tory leadership contest?

Part of me in hindsight is wishing that last time rather than be pleased Boris got shafted I wish he'd got it, cos at least now we'd have got it over and done with, like chicken pox as a child. He (or anybody else) wouldn't have got Brexit done and we could now be looking back on his failure...

    Bright and Bayliss 3m?

£3m + add ons - it's a yes from me. Good for Bayliss if he moves up to Championship (not PL - he's nowhere near ready and will either end up on loan or U23) because the game will suit his style more. Another year in L1 and stagnation could harm his price. If this gave scope in the budget to...

    Jordan Willis

He's quite quick and has a great work ethic - will do the basics for you all day long. Not the tallest so can be beaten in the air by a big forward but not great at distribution. Does tend to have injury problems, especially as a season progresses so don't be surprised if he misses games here...

    U18/U21 Development Thread

I'm no authority on the matter but Will Bapaga played a number of games in U18 and scored a few goals, and even made a couple of U23 appearances. The other names that seemed to crop up most often were Costa and Pitts-Eckersall but that doesn't necessarily mean anything.

Ta very much. Apart from Harland and Taylor I'd seen the other names in academy games to some degree or another. On the less happy side are you allowed to confirm what happened to the rest of the second years? As far as I've heard only Jack Burroughs of the second years was offered a contract...
