Had one coming up the M5 a few years ago. Older guy just sat in the middle lane. Watched someone overtake himm in fast lane, cross over to the left hand lane, slow down so the old guy overtook them, pulled out again and overtook him again. Did this half a dozen or so times doing donuts around him.

    Difficulty with EPL restart

If you remove the relegation issue the entire thing is pretty much a procession and of no interest. Liverpool have all but won the league, European places - who really gives a shit. Only exciting thing left is who'd go down. Take that away and what's the point. All the players in teams that...

Sky Blue Way roundabout by FGS is the worst for lane drifters.

EFL Decision on Coventry’s future expected today

Does anyone reckon some leagues are looking to restart because they could potentially cash in on TV not just at home but abroad? Loads of people would be willing to watch French/German football if that was the only ones available.

You'd think so BUT I also think the Tories are aware of the fact we've barely just started their term in office and that gives them plenty of time to move things back onto others issues like Brexit and the economy by the time they need electing again.

People these days vote on personality and catchy slogans. You could have the best policies in the world but if they're delivered in a dull way they won't get voted for. Substance is out the window. Other thing is just repeating what people say back at them and just appealing to that. Just...

At the moment we certainly seem to be making a right pig's ear of it but I've no idea if the death figures are counted the same. Is it that ours are actually a better overall representation of others? In the end I think the only way around it will be excess deaths, but that is a better...

Which we are as much a part of as anyone with Brexit and the rhetoric surrounding it. Just look at our response to this crisis. It's almost Empire-like in it's 'Britain Knows Best' approach.

It's almost funny given that the party she's part of are probably far more guilty of this than most.

Decent keeper and followed on the tradition we seemed to have of decent shot shoppers, can't kick for love nor money. Preferred Oggy. Also far too handsome to be a keeper.

It's a nightmare junction. Lights everywhere and you're not quite sure which ones relate to you. Half the time if you kept the box junction rules you'd never be able to get out because someone else will block it. Then there's always one who cuts you up. Then you've got the pedestrian crossing...

I do see your point but would that be any different to say picking up an injury that kept him out for the rest of the season? It's one of those things that you have to accept happens, just like you could end up playing every team when they're bang in form while another gets them on a bad one.

There can be a few reasons for that. First is that they're that good they don't have the discipline to be part of a team. They ball-hog and that's fine at school age but as you get older and opposition get more wily in how to deal with them if they can't adapt they fall by the wayside. By adult...

A TRIAL? Of a TEMPERATURE CHECK? (which is useless if the person is asymptomatic) At ONE terminal? Over SIX WEEKS after lockdown? Utter joke. This should be something we can control quite well. They have to go through border control so while there get details, intended travel plans etc. They...

I agree. Sadly those in charge will continue to cosy up to America (and to a lesser extent people like Saudi Arabia and China) and ignore those with a more holistic approach to society.

Don't really see that much of a significance given so many people are furloughed at home anyway and most shops are shut. Gotta be rather stupid to think "it's a bank holiday so let's all go out/go to the seaside on our extra day off" when it's no different to any other day. IMO if you're...
