    ACL Statement

yes the last set that have been known about for ages and Fisher was questioned on them at the forums but ducked the questions

    ACL Statement

It's not legal to move assets out without paying the going rent for those assets though especially if you leave the debts and then move to administration. I'm not saying this is whats happened but the evidence we see very much suggests that and if it wern't true it would have been very easy to show.

    ACL Statement

it absolutely does especially as it is backed up by the 2011 accounts.

    SISU Due-diligence

because they were obviously happy with what they were buying and knew full well what it was, but trying to blame the previous owners is a convenient distraction. It's worse than the conservatives who continue to blame labour.

    ACL Statement

Because Appleton allegedly spent weeks and weeks looking for the Golden share when it's location should have been known from the start. These minutes also back up the accounts that show the players were and should be in limited something constantly denied by Tim Fisher. This also confirms what...

    1st day of the season...

Today I feel more dislike for my club than I've ever felt for leicester or Villa etc. I actively want Crawley to win today after listening to Fisher last night. Only 6 months or so ago the excitement of the JPT semi and the hope the off field stuff was about to be sorted and we'd be pushing on...

SISU are in the driving seat

No it doesn't thats a misunderstanding of what he has written.

No way back for the outcast players

If he had something about him he'd have known that he wasn't going to be able to sign any players before the season started and planned accordingly. Instead he belived Fisher Lier in chief even when it was a fact and had been in the paper than admin would drag on too long because of the 28 day...

    Coventry 1883 at the Ricoh?

Coventry 1883 is a great name, I'm not sure a pheonix club would really want to play in a 30k+ seater stadium. With say 3-5k people even if the venture was a success is going to look completely empty. Unless everyone is put in half a stand

    Are CCFC now debt free?

No we are still going to owe everything that was in CCFC holdings, I bet it's still over 50mill. OSB can answer better I'm sure.

SISU are in the driving seat

Good post but I can't agree with your conclusion, you say yourself the best that can happen is that SISU decide this isn't worth it any more and surely by making it as uncomfortable as possible for them and maximising their losses you increase the chance of that happening. So not going to games...

    Rugby at the Ricoh

again again again, the article says they would offer northampton the use of the Ricoh for cup games not for every game.

    Rugby at the Ricoh

The article says northampton would be offered the ground for their cup games, so nothing different than had happened before.

    Rugby at the Ricoh

no, rugby would have been played as well as football on different days. Not sure we'd have been thrilled about the pitch being used more but there certainly isn't anything as sinister as you are suggesting. It wouldn't have been possible or good for acl to get rid of the football club.

    hypocrite

offered to them just for their cup games

good old coventry city council huh??

I don't think so, it just happened there was a meeting on the day he said, he even got the people there wrong, he said the fa would be there, that seemed to be a vital part of his story and it wasn't true.

good old coventry city council huh??

yet if sisu had accepted the 400k or even the 150k offer things would have been 100times better, you'd have to be nuts to put more blame on the council than sisu.

    Peaceful protesting

You'd have to go to the game to do a pitch invasion, staying away sends the right signal without getting you the banning order.
