Add 'composure in front of goal' to that and I'm happy too.

I thought Kitching played well. As for the incident, he had to make a tackle and he got suckered by the striker moving too fast. Wasn't a deliberate foul.

Thank you <pleased face emoji>. it's nice to be recognised as original but few can see just how innovative I can be. And if Vik, Jamie, Ivan and Ian are one in a hundred then we shouldn't have too much difficulty in finding one. There must be one in my village! But I don't think it's Basil...

He just doesn't convince me. It's good that his stats bear up though, as we will get our money back. Maybe even turn a small profit. There's a Vardy or another Vik, a Toney or an Ian Wright, out there somewhere in the world waiting to be signed.

I thought we played very well. Imagine Vik instead of Simms... We'd have won that. If Wright scores by placing the ball into the corner when clean through it could have been very different. If I were Robins I think I'd be planning to get two new strikers in summer and try to sell Wright and...

Hugely entertaining game between two fluent and skillful sides. As different to Tuesday's crapfest as it could be. Torp has been excellent. Tackling as well as Sheaf and fitting right into the one-touch midfield triangles. Tried another piledriver from long range which went just over...

If there is abuse then it is wrong but I haven't seen it. I have seen and written fair comment that he's no longer adding anything to the team. Maybe it's a bad patch and he will come good again. But there is no denying he has performed badly for weeks, possibly months.

    Six nations 2024.

Thought France did well with 14 men to keep the score down, although still a comprehensive Irish win.

If he gets injured, do posh send him back to Cov for treatment?

Yeah... But what if the FA decided to reinstate them in the quarter finals? Like Big Brother used to do. Would he play against us?

    Reflections on the January Window

I'm fine with it. Unless I misunderstand we are happy to spend but only on the players that fit our model. That model seems to be: 1. Early 20s 2. Already very good but we can improve them 3. Will play in the Premiership if we are promoted 4 Will have a sell on value, so we can do the same...

Surely we cannot start Godden again? He's completely out of his depth the last few games. Maybe it's the new formation but he's not able to hold up the ball or latch onto Vik-punts. He needs balls along the floor into the box as he slips his defender and the offside trap. If we are not going...

    Transfer targets

Why the delay? It only takes me a few seconds to make something up. It's almost as if the scouting team did nothing until January and then discovered a winger in the last 24 hours when Bobb decided he'd rather play in a top of the table premiership side than for Coventry.

Albeit not as easy a chance as the one the best finisher in the club skied in the first half.

Another low quality half; by taking off Sheaf and then Palmer we lost all creativity in midfield. Good to see Wright back but without any service he and Simms were effete other than what they could craft themselves. Thought Torp was really looking the part second half until he too was subbed...

Absolute beauty from Torp... Unstoppable from half way inside their half. They stood off him so he took one step and curled it into the top left corner. That aside, he was having an unremarkable debut. A half mostly lacking in quality. They don't look like scoring and we skied three...
