    **Fisher stunned by new deal**

With this lot I wouldn't be certain about anything. I suppose they could still work out a five-year plan to build a stadium, and then break the lease with ACL for a few hundred thousand and move. If, of course, that made some sort of sense to them.

    Breaking news about Rent Deal

In any other world I think this would be seen as a pretty good offer. Wipe out three-quarters of the debt, and pay rent at 10% of the original level. I think it's been fairly well documented why access to F&B revenues is difficult, but in truth it seems that even that isn't really what all of...

    CVA not agreed

Is that the same Craig Whyte who has been deemed not fit and proper to own a football club? http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/17302801 The one who the courts have found personally liable for £17.7m...

    CVA not agreed

ACL sign the CVA, they get a few quid and the club fecks off to Northampton, no further investigation. ACL don't sign the CVA, everything is still up for grabs. ACL could challenge the liquidation, and/or there's a proper investigation into the directors' conduct over the last few years...

    Here comes the crunch!

There's no scope for counter-claims here - if there's an investigation and it finds nothing wrong, that's it. Problem is, with the CVA signed the deal is done and that's that. ACL will get their £590k and NOPM - ever! There might be an investigation at some point in the future, but by then...

    Here comes the crunch!

I don't think either of those things is necessarily true, and neither does one of necessity follow from the other. I think ACL could challenge the administrator's decision to liquidate to start off with. Even then, liquidation proceeds and it turns out via a thorough investigation (for...

    Here comes the crunch!

Even more surprising that Seppala did (if true). I think it's fair to say that the ACL side aren't likely to dismiss an agreement because Reeves wasn't there in person to sign off on it. SISU however have already shown that it's only JS who calls the shots.

    Here comes the crunch!

I'm not sure your analysis of ACL's business is quite right there. Regardless, ultimately I can't see how the council/ACL will lose out if CCFC go, because of the value of the land and facilities they're sitting on. Of course they don't want CCFC to go, because it was built to be a stadium...

    Starting a new club? Nonsense!

I hope you both have a good day out torchy, and I still can't believe it's come to this. I think there's still hope, fwiw, but things certainly aren't looking good.

Problem is Tony, we can't even get one person to do it. Lots of individual claims will be just as much of a pain in the arse financially for SISU, if not more. Each side pays its own costs on the small claims track generally, so for once this works quite well for the little guy.

Take your point, but even one person raising a formal claim requires either either a defence or a payment. Whatever defence they make, I'd make public and pass to all interested parties. If they don't defend, I'd make that public too. Fisher's on record as saying everything but the lease is in...

I know that no one's going to do it, but I don't know why. Write a letter making a demand on CCFC Holdings for a full refund of the PSL, stating that if it isn't paid in full within 14 days, you'll take court action with no further notice. Send it recorded, keep a copy. After 14 days, raise a...

Telegraph says we have bought the Brandon speedway site.

In truth I thought it was the NPPF that might change things rather than the Levy. Or are you thinking that Rugby BC could be bought off to approve PP for this, in the face of all of the likely objections? I don't think it's unreasonable to assume that the same objections to the development...

    2013/2014 Kit Information

Please - what if TF is reading? TF: This year, in keeping with the finest traditions of football, we've decided to play 'skins'. This decision was forced upon us by the scandalous treatment of us by our suppliers, who have constantly refused to negotiate and give us our kit for nothing. We...

    CCFC Phone Call Today

If you really are desperate enough to buy a season ticket, can I politely suggest that you at least pay for it (or at least part of it) by credit card. It'll give you some useful protection if SISU mismanage the whole thing into liquidation/administration and/or simply bugger off to the Caymans...

    CCFC Phone Call Today

Actually I quite enjoyed the thrust of your original message - we are neither sad, nor weak, but simpletons! ;) Joking aside, I'd rather you didn't go too - but it's your shout and I doubt there will be many fans here who won't feel a stab of pain from not watching the team. Tim's banking on...

    Fleetwood Town match

Very decent of them, given Fleetwood's in Lancashire. I never knew we were such a big draw. Actually, they're probably only going to watch Fleetwood. ;) Ah, the penny drops.... the Oxford game is on BBC Oxford. That one's on Satdi, isn't it?
