    I won't eat melted or soft cheese except on pizza (but I generally avoid pizzas) and never got on with any blue veined cheeses. I used to hate it when my Mum ate really strong mature cheddar because when I was young the smell seemed overpowering, but I eat it now.

    Hopefully your text will mean they don't turn up anyway. But if they do I'd say you should deal with everything yourself at the doorstep. Don't let anyone in the house or even see your parents. The fact that their number came up on caller id is probably a good sign.
