He's been at it for years hasn't he? Same as breaching planning, not paying his rates etc.

If it's shown he has done anything wrong, he will get called into an ethics committee meeting so they can say he has done something wrong and then change the rules so that it isn't doing something wrong.

    Rinse and repeat.

    I knew he bypassed planning.

Hope he's brought to book if there's been any wrongdoing.

Police maybe turned a blind eye in favour of free dinners everywhere all over the city?

Oh look, up in front of the ethics committee.

I'm a bit behind the times, as I thought he was still a chef/owner of The Shahzalal Indian take away on Beake Avenue, Whitmore Park!!

Going back 30 years though and trying my first ever keema nan after a couple in The Craftsman, having just left school.

    Exactly as predicted.

Could have saved all that time and money and just read what I said would happen.

That's what happens when the "ethics committee" is made up of mates.

    From the same meeting

Seems that after practically gifting them a stadium the council can't talk to Wasps unless its at a Rolling Stones gig.

Hell, is that Left Bank Two I hear.

Now, if he can get Bird's Lament onto CWR I would be impressed.
