    Sheaf

I think it’s highly likely that Sheaf will move on this summer. Not because DK wants to sell him but because the guy wants a crack at the Premier league. He was explicit in his interview in the Wembley programme. DK will also see COH exit the club on a free this summer, he rightly won’t want to...

    The no loans strategy

Ipsw are paying 75% of Kieffer Moore’s prem league contract …. He’s there highest paid player.

Yes it is for the most sought after players.

    Next season

I don’t think it’s important to get all your business done early. It’s almost impossible which is why Aug is busier than June for transfers. I do think it’s important you get your Big transfers done early …. This is something the most successful clubs do well.

    Liam Kitching

I think Kitching will improve but he’s not the leader / talker we were lead to believe he was. Maybe that is difficult when your own form is patchy. I’d like one of the new CH’s to be an older players who can help talk the younger players through matches in the way Fadz did with Doyle and McNally

    24/25 changes?

I think the situation is different. The season before we were o my just getting a proper scouting and recruitment team and approach in place. if the rumours are true that we asked for first option on the Peterborough CDM, Kypriano, it would suggest we have already started to identify Sheafs...

    The no loans strategy

I personally don’t mind the odd loan but would only ever want 2 max. Unless the loan includes an option to buy then you really are not building anything. I would sooner inject dead money into 2 or 3 older bosmans that give the team more experience, match day know how, and help the younger...

    The no loans strategy

Ok can we expose some myths on loans …. 1) The most sought after players are not cheap. Clubs insist on a loan fee and the club pick up all / majority of the players wages. This means that loan signings are often the highest paid players at the club they join. It is not unusual for the loan...

I don’t think Robins is the right manager for that model.

Blackburn can still be relegated. We owe it to the other relegation fighting clubs to field a strong team. That doesn’t have to be your very best eleven but it can’t be a hugely weakened or experimental side. Im old enough to remember our endless relegation fights in the top league and so to...

You wouldn’t have that view if we a team fielding a weakened side meant we went down or missed out on the play offs. integrity is important.

    24/25 changes?

Our team are unlikely to be ever ready for promotion…. Very few championship clubs are… look at this years bottom 3. You take it with both hands when it comes ….

    24/25 changes?

If you believe that Hamer was worth £15m then you have to believe that Sheaf is of a similar value. whilst Hamer gets goals which creates a premium I think Sheaf is a better professional with a higher ceiling. I wouldn’t accept less than £12m for Sheaf. Leicester want £40m for KDH. Different...

    Question for a stato

That would be interesting if compared to either league average or top 6 average.

    24/25 changes?

I think that data is 12 months out of date I doubt very much we were 18th this season.
