Ten key facts from the High Court judgment

I think its more that with something like this listing facts is the best way to avoid the bias tag.

    Disturbing

Most people do understand this. However most of us aren't prepared to see innocent local people have their reputations ruined by sisu lies. Some of the things said by sisu about CCC are scandalous, and I for one am please that these lies have been shown for what they are.

    Fisher statement: Judge was wrong!

Reading that report then, what are these massive problems that acl created? Even the judge has said the rental agreement wasn't the major problem with the clubs finances.

    Fisher statement: Judge was wrong!

How would that be any different to the football club just buying a share of ACL?

Unfortunately, we really are in no mans land

Ok fair enough, I probably loaded that quote slightly. He does state that Higgs lost their appetite for the deal due to Sisu being unable to provide enough security for the buy now pay later deal for the Higgs share.

    TF and Lucas interviews

I love how the Judge is now someone else in this big conspiracy against poor little sisu. Also his comment about how the appeal will go in front of "three very senior judges" is extremely disrespectful to Judge Hickinbottom.

Unfortunately, we really are in no mans land

The judge has stated that Sisu's whole plan to own the stadium fell apart the second they started messing Higgs about in relation to buying their share. Then also in February 2013 there was one last chance. CCFC and ACL agreed a rental deal of £400k, Tim Fisher shook hands on it, JS then vetoed...

Unfortunately, we really are in no mans land

Anyhow, its has now being shown in a court of law that all events leading to CCFC playing in Northampton were down to one side. Therefore we are pretty entitled to hate sisu IMO.

I think Midlands Today does get put on the iPlayer, might just have to wait a few hours after its broadcasted.

Where do we go from here ???

My guess is that will be the way they will get back into the Ricoh without losing face. They will just enter into a short term agreement for now, then once its all died down they will sign a long term deal.

Where do we go from here ???

Simon Gilbert ‏@TheSimonGilbert 13m Finished with Fisher. In a nutshell, they think judge has got it wrong. Also said an interim Ricoh deal could happen while new ground built.

Where do we go from here ???

Also isn't it amazing that no one mentioned this whole "ACL are now debt ridded for 43 years" line until it appeared on the club website this morning? Then it starts popping up all over the place on here. Some posters really are brainless sheep who believe anything attributed to CCFC must be...

Where do we go from here ???

The length of the loan repayments is irrelevant. To look at it another way, ACL now have longer to pay off the same amount. In terms of the loan ACL are in a much better state.
