Plus ça Change: The High Court Damning Of Coventry City

Opinion once again presented as fact.

Credit to the club (for a change)...

Yep, because if you agree/disagree with someone on one issue it means you have to agree/disagree with them on everything.

Credit to the club (for a change)...

I'm not going to give someone credit for not being incompetent for once. This whole thread is like a criminal who goes straight and then expects praise for it. Once again Stockholm syndrome I suspect.

    Bunch of Hypocrites!

Aren't we all jumping the gun here slightly saying what we'd like to see at the Ricoh? I mean we have to get back there first!

    Bunch of Hypocrites!

But that history was never going to exist in any new ground. Even HR was new and lacking in character and history at one point remember.

    Bunch of Hypocrites!

I'm not sure what other personalising it needed though. It had the badge on it, sky blue seats, ccfc written into the seating. In terms of ccfc signage, what did HR have that the Ricoh didn't?

    Bunch of Hypocrites!

I thought you believed that it was an individuals right to choose which games they do or do not attend. Or does that only apply to Sixfields?

Are SISU liable to a legal challenge themselves?

Do you think RFC is annoyed that his season ticket money has been spent on sisu's lawyers rather than Steven and the boys?

Are SISU liable to a legal challenge themselves?

CCC are innocent as proven in a court of law. I think I will except the judges word over a ceo who has reduced his customer base by 86% Spin it what way you like, but sisu did conspire to damage acl.

Are SISU liable to a legal challenge themselves?

Ccfc and sisu conspired against acl I suppose.

    Cheer Up

I remember them playing that at HR in the final premiership season and look how that turned out!

Hedge Fund & Fears for CCFC !

Some hedge funds maybe, but its pretty clear I think that relatively speaking sisu dont have a pot to piss in. Our beloved hedge fund is less Wolf of Wall St and more Flea of Finland.

Are SISU liable to a legal challenge themselves?

Mark Labovitch come out with some BS that distressing a company is illegal, but I think he was lying. As far as I'm aware distressing a company in itself isn't illegal.

Worth remembering that last season was the clubs lowest finish since 1959 #movingforward

    Cheer Up

My family are far more important to me than anything else. If I'm being honest Ccfc are way down my list of personal priorities. I say this now out of kindness, but dont make Ccfc your life. For one thing they may not be around for much longer, and from the impression you give on here, I...

    Cheer Up

If that's all I was bothered about I would support a premiership team. However instead I decided to support my "local" team. Now my sole reason for supporting Ccfc has been taken away from me by a daft cow who doesn't understand football, you might allow me to feel a tad annoyed. Maybe...

Glimmer of light for SISU... breaking even at least last year and this

I find this very unlikely. Attendance revenues alone must be down nearly 85%, then there's lack of sponsors, decrease in hospitality revenue, decrease in merchandise sales, administrators fees, the £1m bond to the FL, the £590k to acl. The Clarke sale and the Arsenal game may have just...

    Supporters

Actually the op might be onto something here. The stereotypical image of a football fan is generally someone of low intelligence, cares only for his football team and has no regard for what gets damaged/destroyed in the process of his football teams plans. Fortunately, IMO, we have very...

    Disturbing

Aren't you happy that the truth has been proven? Seems strange that you wanted an innocent party to be found guilty.

    Disturbing

Very few, if anyone, has ever said Appleton did anything illegal. Some just questioned the competency of an administrator selling a business without first knowing what assets it had. The contrast with this is many posters on here were adament that CCC had acted illegally.
