So a cup game would be a good way to see where he's at. Whether he only gets 60mins or a 30min sub appearance, I think he has to feature in this game so FL can get a look at him.

    Recoupable amount

MvE may play every game, but his performances are suffering and you have to see that it is slowly wearing him out and leading to an inevitable injury. And MvE is the type of player that relies heavily on his pace, especially to recover defensively. Should he tear a hammy and lose some of that...

Not feeling any excitement about this one whatsoever. Rest anyone carrying any kind of knock, but other than that keep the defence and keeper the same. I'd start rapha and play Simms at CF. Probably go with a midfield of Eccles, Rudoni and Torp.

Tamworth Vs Spurs - Ticket prices

I think if there's no replays it should be that if the teams are in different divisions the team in the lower division decide which ground to play it at.

The keeper was very close and likely to save it, but you have to make him make the save. If he keeper makes the save, fair enough, but he might just miss the ball, or hit it back against you and it goes in on the rebound. Hitting it off target is only going to result in them getting a goal kick.

    Referee

I'd have preferred Lati to just deal with it and smack it into row z, but the push in the back, even if he slowed down, is still a foul and should have been given.

Match Thread Coventry City - Plymouth Argyle Match Thread - Thursday 26th Dec

Has to be changes. if either of Collins or dasilva play I will lose a bit of faith in Lampard. Either of them there is a chance we could lose, if they both do I think it becomes a distinct possibility, especially if Binks if also in the side. Up to now I've not really thought of relegation but...

Trump is my favourite comedian of the year already

I made the argument that a business operating in a country should have to put sales through a company registered and paying tax in that country. Your argument was that international tax rate competition meant that in order to make sure we got a bit of the pie we should keep tax rates to a...

Well that would obviously depend on how much they wanted and who else is available. And whether he wants to sign. His demeanour lately gives a distinct impression he no longer wants to be here. What has Sheaf done recently to warrant this? He gets injured regularly so ends up missing a number...

Match Thread Portsmouth FC - Coventry City Match Thread - Saturday 21st Dec

Going by how highly he speaks of 'the deck' and its fitness, plus the fact they were involved in the recruitment process for the coaches and for the new Head Coach, I'd say he values Dean Austin and Dr. Roberts highly. Which is slightly worrying as I'm not convinced by either. Got me wondering...

    Manchester Airport Incident

I think it's far more likely that because it's so high profile they wanted to be extra careful that everything was in place to get a conviction - no chance of getting off on a technicality etc. Imagine they'd waded in and charged them immediately then later on some problem with paperwork or...
