Over a million in legal fees

That is a cunning plan, but unfortunately showing no possibility of being realised, as they seem incapable of winning any court ruling!

    Sisu's cunning plan

One missing item - use the football club as a front for extracting compensation from CCC. Then liquidate them when all avenues for a successful outcome is exhausted.

Is that the Mr Fisher who only uses hand gestures in our direction? Or is that another TF?

Petition SISU to sell the club

I think you are right that SISU will not care about this petition, but if the club were sold for a low figure [given CCFC has little or no assets], then the environment for a deal to be achieved to save the academy is more realistic. That means CCC, Wasps, Warwick University , etc being...

Petition SISU to sell the club

Signed - Not sure that anyone would want to buy us, given the current state of the business structure!

    so to summarise

Success ....depends on whether you are the owners or fans? Currently, the owners ensure we continue to exist and that means a neutral budget. The level of football the club plays is irrelevant...if we are promoted, we must still run a neutral budget and vice versa. So, Division 2 or Non-League...

    Low water mark

I fear we have not reached the our lowest point. Our owners business model is not working for the club. So far every manager they've appointed has failed to bring success. There is no evidence to suggest the repeating the same thing over and over again will lead to a different outcome.

    Stadium deal ends in 2018.

Agree - the breakdown in relationships between the parties is very worrying. Its in none of their interests for CCFC to leave the city, it's a guaranteed revenue stream. However, if litigation costs keep rising then some of the parties might take the short term view of being prepared to lose...

    Next Sisu Out Protest?

Clearly, there is some negative profile elements to the Wasps move to Coventry, but if the city of taking longer term view of potentially having the winners of the Rugby Premier league and European Cup based at the Ricoh, then in the longer term they'll be deemed a positive. We need to focus on...

Is this the last season at The Ricoh?

This will not be CCFC's last season at the Ricoh. It's in Wasps interest to have as many income sources as possible. Why would they turn down money for a minimal disruption to their business. The only reason for CCFC to leave is if they decide it's in the clubs best interest

I would guess that his partner has not settled and if that happens, the player is under a lot of pressure to move on. For an american, I find it strange that the agent is promoting him in Australia, where the same scenario could be repeated. Think his agent is thinking of his fee?

    Tuesday signings

We currently have a manager that has a clear vision for the way forward for CCFC. Unfortunately, he's not got the resources to secure the players he initially wanted. By bringing in players at the end of last season he's been the first manager in years to be trying to plan ahead. He must be very...

Look like we will go with what we have....

Agreed, but it's a reflection on the resources TM has at his disposal and we are in a weaker position than some of our rivals.
