    Groundsharing-a historical precedent

My hope is that at the minute we are still a club with a huge (by league 1 standards anyway) fanbase. However I also think that we must have the most apathetic fanbase in the league. Not that I blame anyone who doesn't go anymore. I think those of us that do still go and mostly going out of...

Just joined myself via the website. For the sake of £1 its worth it I suppose.

If she is such an astute business woman how has it taken her £45m to put CCFC in the position its in today? I could have done it for £5m!

CWR phone in On now until 7pm ish

Lease isn't due to be renewed until 2055, I don't think the Council will 'still be making money off us' (not that it does right now anyway) "They'd have 50% of the lease and would have to recompense the Council for it in some way." You mean the club would have to pay for something it doesn't...

    ACL Genius

I think most are delighted that Sisu's intention to put us into Liquidation as now been derailed.

Here, you can just email out this link if you like http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/football-league-blog/2010/sep/09/how-to-run-football-club , I assume you disagree with all this? I really don't understand your point, as I have stated that a club shouldn't sell its ground before a new one...

Manhattan Capital... are they back in town?

But we already have a higher revenue than most in this division. Also not all football clubs lose money, and even if they did, why should that stop us aspiring to have competant owners?

So where was plan B? Someone should tell Sisu, Never go into a room unless you know where there are at least 2 exits.

I am not, I know nothing about business, yet even I can see where they have gone wrong. Does it not concern you that an idiot like me can see where our hedge fund owners have gone wrong yet the people in control of your football club can't? If we're talking about the last shower, not selling...

Manhattan Capital... are they back in town?

But the Ricoh doesn't make between £3-£5m a year. Bottom line is CCFC could be given the Ricoh for free, allowing it to take all profits from the ground, and the club would still be at an operating loss.

Manhattan Capital... are they back in town?

How? We would still be losing between £3-£5m a year.

But for the long term future of the Club why not buy it? Why plan only for getting promoted? Its these reckless policies of various owners of our club that have got us in this mess. If Sisu had given me free reign of £45m and the club in 2007 I would have the off field in far better shape...

Manhattan Capital... are they back in town?

Agree, but the sad thing is right now the Ricoh isn't the main problem. I think its pretty much a certainty that the club is still making a loss despite not making a rent payment within the last year. The Ricoh rent is an issue, but until the other 75% of losses are addressed then arguing...

Manhattan Capital... are they back in town?

Can't be bothered to read through it all, but basing my comments purely on the title. Manhattan Capital... are they back in town? Well lets hope not, as all they were interested in was the Ricoh. They expected the Stadium to be pretty much handed over to them for free. Once they discovered...

    Is the only way forward

I don't think anyone would disagree that they both need to be united. The fact that ACL seem to be searching for new CCFC owners themselves suggests to me that they know this to is the case. I believe that they would be happy for the right people to take over both CCFC and ACL. The Council and...

So that shows they have no plan or vision then? The rent has always been high, any prudent business would have conducted negotiations on this straight away, regardless of how high income was. Bottom line is in 2007/08 Sisu were the good guys, and could have used that to get a good deal for...

Rather than living with that hope then would you prefer to just wait a few weeks for Sisu to liquidate the club?

Losing between £4-6M a year wasn't a problem? Big problem if you ask me, why didn't they do something to address it?
