I would say unless they come to an agreement with ACL its nearer 100%. If it gets to court on Friday I can't see how a judge couldn't rule we're insolvant.

<p> That land belongs to acl, it was sold to acl on the condition it was redeveloped. Much in the same way that Tesco had to pay for the junction improvements on the a444.

It is the scrapyards and car park C (the one on the opposite side of the A444). Plans were for a hotel to be built on car park C site, with a new car park being buit under the hotel. As for the scrapyards, I dont know what the plan is/was, but they certainly need to go. They look awful on one...
